Chick-fil-A, Riverview FL

Foods good but don't even think about going during rush hour as the place gets slammed (as most do even in the Brandon branch). If you gotta have it expect to wait a bit.

Tbh one star. The tea was almost clear and just taste like sugar water. I had a hair in my sandwich too.

While visiting my son post his surgery, we thought we would buy him lunch and he suggested Chick-fil-A. He stated how good their food was at this particular establishment, well needless to say, I was very disappointed, the sandwich was cold and tasteless, the waffle fries was cold as well. I felt cheated once again! I wish someone would tell these fast food establishments that fast food should be, fresh, tasteful, and by all means "hot"! I mean what's the point if it's cold! But if you like cold hot chicken sandwiches, by all means go to this place of business and try one!

Extremely long lines/wait time. After placing my order it was not correct. My first time at this location since it opened. Not a great experience.

I wanted to try the mac n cheese. Unfortunately I wasn't all that impressed. Taste like mac n cheese from a box.

Just grabbed some take out from this location and we received service from CJ! What an OUTSTANDING customer service rep. He was funny, thorough, and made the short wait worthwhile. We have been to this location several times and the staff is always very polite, food is always great, the wait is not so bad, but the service is what keeps us coming back!

I'm a fan of Chick-fil-A however their drive through at this location is erratic (multiple lines from multiple directions) then I parked to go inside & order but was told due to Covid that they we closed to Dine-in but I could try a 3rd option, their App. Well I downloaded the App, I tried adding my payment method (Credit card) but it would not accept my valid card, so I got fed up & went to a nearby Culver's.

Customer service is sloppy. I mobile order here frequently and they can never remember utensils, it’s quite frustrating.

Wow! Fantastic service given the demand at this location. Great and friendly staff as well. Most importantly, food was great!

If you wanna wait a half hour for your food even with no one in line then this is the place for you. Worst location ever.

Drive thru is really slow in the morning. Service is nice. Food portions are small and ok. I would drive to a different chick fil l in the future.

I'm a big fan of chick fil'a because of their fast and friendly service. I haven't had that experience at this location (visited 3x). The last visit, after about a 30 minute wait in drive thru, I got my food. I was stuck in drive through an extra 10 minutes because the two cars in front of me were still waiting on their food. I felt really bad for the people in front of me.

Soo busy, took 10 minutes to get through the drive thru but they keep the vehicles moving, food was hot and fresh

EXTREMELY SLOW! 30 minutes waiting in line while the order takers gathered and chit chatted. Someone needs a lesson from the Brandon Chick-fil-A on effective drive-thru management! Food was delicious and hot. Only reason I gave 2 stars.
