Chick-fil-A, Delray Beach FL

Dine in was super quick got my food in less than 2 minutes fries were hot everything was great except the tables weren't cleaned that's my only complaint otherwise great location great food!

Night crew is horrible! The long line takes forever (unlike day time) and the employees seem like they hate being there. Tonight the young lady at the drive thru window was cussing up a storm. The man that handed us our food didn't say a word to us. I always liked coming here because of the friendly service but that doesn't exist at night time.

Coming from Montreal I had never tried Chick fil a and it definitely lived up to the hype! The chicken tastes so fresh and their sauces are my favorite. The customer service is incomparable to any other fast food.

I dont know how chik fila does it. Every time i go to McDonald's i get sassed and delayed. Chiky fil a they always happy and diligent.

You need a new staff girl with blue dreads was not polite and could’ve been taking orders outside but instead literally stood there saying “look at this line I could be working at McDonald’s or something” like yes please go to McDonald’s

I was having a really rough morning and Brian made it a little brighter. So courteous and helpful, and super patient while dealing with my complete discombobulation.

The breakfast was pretty good too.:)

Always fresh hot food at this location. Staff is prompt and courteous. The only thing I do not care for is the location which can be very busy at times on the south-west corner of Linton and Federal Highway.

Cashier was unfriendly, flatout rude. While waiting for my order I went to the restroom. When I returned the cashier yelled over to me that my order was sitting on top of the garbage can.wow

The absolute worst service and staff during every single visit— 100% agree with all other negative reviews for this particular location. Avoid this one if you can.

The morning manager at this location is extremely unprofessional and rude. They messed up our order and the manager said she would make it right the next time we came in, and then she did not when we returned. We are chicfila red members but I would not recommend this location because of the morning manager’s attitude and demeaning communication style observed on multiple occasions. Her attitude and communication does not align to the Chick-fil-A company philosophy.

The Lord's chicken never fails to deliver great taste.good food and good service. Fifth star would have been awarded if they would open on Sunday.

This chick fil la lot is too small and claustrophobic. I feel this location needs more employees to help with the size of the location aswell as the demandin the drive thru management

So Unacceptable in the restaurant with someone and I have so much attitude disrespectful and slow I don’t know how they this girl name Brittny working for packing orders she is so slow and she is so disrespectful I went inside happy get out so mad and disappointed. So keep in mind going even u order ur food ahead of time u still going to wait and get a bad attitude from britney if ask her for ur food

The worst chic fil a in the country long waits slow workers and refuse too take my order. Will never come too this chic fil a stay away endless you want 30-45 minute service might as well go too a steakhouse.

I will never set foot in a Chick-fil-A ever again. Ever since the pandemic started with all the shortages there food quality has gone down. Also with the wage raises to there employees which is good don't get me wrong they had to cut costs somewhere and that somewhere is their food quality. Even spicy mcchickens are better that's just sad. Save your money or you'll just be disappointed.

Very upset I ordered food and the girl at the drive thru window was very rude! I always go to chic fil a but recently this location has been slacking. I won’t ever come back unfortunately. Terrible Service and my fries were half empty. Avoid this location if you can.
