The workers in general are very friendly. They treat you very well. The prices are affordable. For the life of me, I can’t understand why the toppings are never correct for the salads. Almost Every time I order the southwest salad, there is something wrong with the order! Just got home, and noticed NO toppings. So no tortilla chips and no chili lime pepitas. Not even plastic ware or napkin was the bag.: (.
Don’t get me started on asking for the red bell peppers. Even when I specifically ask for the topping, they never add it in the bag. Blah

Given this location is fairly new / has been remodeled recently I wouldn’t expect such terrible service. The employees roll their eyes and act as if they could do no wrong. Despite the childish employees fries were good.

My mom decided to stop by to pick up dinner on the way home from the hospital. Timothy took her order, asked how she was doing and she told him that things havent been great lately (my grandma had a heart attack). Then when it came time to pay he said it was already taken care of. He even refused a tip. My mom started crying (happy tears). She says its one of the nicest things anyone has ever done for her and is so happy to see that there are still good people out there. It was really nice to see her smile after everything thats been happening recently. I just wanted to show my appreciation and thank Timothy again! May God bless him! Also, the food is always amazing- keep it up chick-fil-a! You all rock!

Terrible service. They forgot our order and when we asked about it they said, no everything is fine they “switched up some things”, whatever the heck that means

What a disappointment, we ordered take out using the Chick-fil-A app. We picked delivery and apparently they are using Door Dash for delivery, so not my choice. They delivered the wrong order to us, no big deal, mistakes happen. What shouldn’t happen is the lack of responsibility that the restaurant showed in resolving our issue. They would only refer us to DD when I asked to have the issue resolved, they took no responsibility even though we ordered through their app. End result was that we ended getting no food and DD would only give us a credit towards future order, not a refund on our credit card.

Forgot my brownie. Right before close on a Saturday. And I paid for it.

The food quality is absolutely horrible as well. I get it, I came right before close. But close earlier if you’re going to sell food in this bad of condition. Chicken and fries are as if they turned the heaters off at 9: 30pm. Easily worst Chick-fil-A experience I’ve had ever. Do better.

I just want to give a shout out to Marcus who is one of the managers here. I arrived when it was busy and he's working hard with being where he needs to be. Whether it was helping customers, pushing the drive thru line, or helping his employees. And on top of that he has a great personality and customer service skills. Will definitely come back!

Been to many many Chick-fil-A before but this one definitely knocked it out of the park. The fries were cooked perfectly, and the sandwich was nice and extra warm. Our entire experience was perfect.

The drive thru line in the morning took a long time. Looked to me like only 3 people were working unfortunately

Love their chicken sandwiches, waffle fries, one of the few places that I can get diet Dr. Pepper.

A huge shoutout to the angel Chick-fil-A employees who helped me when my car broke down at the drive-thru window on Thursday, October 5th around 6pm. I was so scared and didn’t know what to do because my car was smoking and it sounded like something exploded under the hood. One employee started calling out to see if anyone was a mechanic. Another employee hugged me when he saw I was crying. Then he got another employee to help him push my car out of the drive-thru and into a parking spot. It was so incredibly kind and I really hope the manager reads this and that the boys get recognized for going above and beyond for their customers. It made my week knowing that there are still really good hearted people out there in this crazy world. Thank you thank you thank you! Let’s hope corporate reads this too and they put us on a red couch Chick-fil-A commercial.:)

It is Chick Fil-a! Good value good sandwich and the Drive through still amazes me. Every company should take their training! Life would be much simpler
