Chick-fil-A, University Park FL

Today I went in to get an ice cream cone and a medium fry with barbecue sauce. That’s it. I went inside and waited in line. I ordered my items. Then I waited. There were 4 people behind me. I waited, as all FOUR of the people behind me ordered their food, received their food, and left with their food. Still waiting. For my TWO food items. Meanwhile there are about 10 people behind the counter, granted some of them actually working, while others were talking. One person noticed I was still standing there after some time. He asked me what I ordered and I told him. He went to check on it, I’m assuming, and came back to say it will be out shortly. Two mobile pickup people come and got their orders in the meantime. They finally come with my cone. After about 15 minutes of waiting. But still no fries or bbq sauce. The young man comes over and asks what I’m waiting for. I say medium fries. He asks for my receipt but I’m entirely frustrated so I leave. Only to come to find out, when I’m eating my cone, it’s stale. Not good at all. Not thrilled at all with this place. Will not be going back. I appreciate the young man noticing me still standing there but no one else came up to me to tell me that they were opening a new box or it will be little longer. None of that happened. Hope they work it out but I won’t be going back.

Ordered an egg white grill, my favorite sandwich, and got an egg sandwich with chicken on a muffin.

The food came extremely fast!
The atmosphere was pretty standard for a fast food restaurant.
I expected the food to be much better, but I guess i should have maybe gotten then fried chicken instead of the grilled.

Nathan in the drive thru is the man. The pickup window said they put the sides of my mayo packets in the bag. Drove off and realized there was no mayo packets. Drove back in and planned to park and go in. Nathan recognized my car, asked what I needed and then he sprinted back into the store to get me mayo packets! Nathan If you see this thank you for taking care of me!

Chick-fil-A is always fantastic! The food is great and the service is excellent! You can't ask for a better fast food experience!

Corporate needs to remind the manager what customer service IS. The order was wrong, the food was old and stale and the hash browns were cold and salty
We asked for a refund. The manager put up unnecessary resistance and decided to give a partial refund because he stated that only half the order was bad. It was all bad to me. I was the passenger so I wasn't able to sit and check my food before pulling off. Also, he claims the refund should process in a few business days. If you can swipe and take my money instantly, you should return it just as fast when it's warranted. This was my first time ordering breakfast there and it was beyond disappointing. I realize mxups can happen but there is NO justification for OLD food or cold food and for zero customer service. This could've easily been fixed with a sincere apology, a refund and a future comp meal for the snafu versus expecting good money for bad food and service

A few weeks ago I was in there and it was my first outing with my 3 year old and 3 week old baby. The place was packed and the only table available was a 2 seater near the bathrooms (far from the play area which was one of the main reasons went there). I just made do but then Karen came up to me and asked if I'd like a bigger table near the playground. Mind you, I never said a word, she just noticed that I may have been having a hard time and specifically cleaned a booth off for me. She helped me carry my food and baby over to the new table. She then continued to check on me/ see if I needed anything. This may seem small, but it seriously made my day. She was like my "momma" while I was venturing out with two small kids (which is stressful). I couldn't remember her name to leave this review but I went in again last week and same thing. She was so sweet to me and checking on me, and we shared great conversation. You can tell she is just a genuine person and looking out for all the mommas in there. The world needs more people like Karen.

Liquid on the floor in 2 stalls in the womens bathroom, 3rd stall the toilet seat slides all over and my butt touched the porcelain. I asked for a manager and the employee pointed in the vague direction of 4 people. I have never been grossed out at a Chick fil a. I was tonight.

This is the best Chick fil A location I've ever been to. They always have the hottest and most freshest food!

This Chick-fil-A was a godsend after a long flight into town. We did a mobile order for table service outside. The service was efficient and staff were friendly. Our food was hot and fresh and drinks were cold. The only item missing was one ketchup packet. Excellent on an order for 4 people. One minor item, one of the chicken sandwiches had a tiny cut of meat. Smaller than normal.

Consistent food quality. As good as you can expect from a fast food place. Service has been declining over the past few months.

I always have great service at chick fila. But I felt I needed to shout out Arturo, thank you for your patience and friendly service.

The quality of this location is consistently just not good, which is disappointing because I live right by it, so I go frequently due to convenience.
9 times out of 10 the fries are stale unsalted and cold. The minis I ate this morning were actually foul, they were somehow stale and rock hard and cold, right from the drive through.
The lemonade is never consistent either.
I'm not sure if this is a management issue or a staffing issue, or what but it is incredibly disappointing, because again it's super close and convenient. Something definitely needs to change because this does not hold up to chick fill a quality, not even close.

This is the Best Chick fil A Around the UTC area, we moved to lakewood ranch from Sarasota and we used to go to the Pelican Plaza Chick Fil A which was just as good as this one! Great service and all employees have a smile on their face!

It’s chick fil a. They’re consistent at what they do, and this particular chick fil a delivered on the quality we’ve come to know and love from the chain.

I went to Chick-fil-A today (November 7th, 2023) and after ordering a 30-piece nugget for my gathering- I was upset to get to the window to be handed an 8-piece nugget. After telling them we got a 30 piece the young incompetent teen at the window suggested we order an 8 count and a 12 count. Her overall demeanor was very rude. I am very unsatisfied with the service shown here today. *We still had to pay for the 8 count that we did not ask for- and another 30 count.

Super rich seasoning of the chicken and sauce.
Very interested attention, they helped me with my order and it came out super fast.
