Some discrepancy in details of the order - bacon missing, wrong type of cheese. Still great food.

Omg you all have some explaining to do. I ate ya'lls chicken nuggets two days ago and literally why wasn't the inside coooked? It looked like a very lightish pink or peachy color and shiny. Which I have worked with so much uncooked food I know exactly what it looks like. Truly disgusting. Thank you so much for giving me food poising. I was throwing up like crazy thanks to your chicken. For real, Start cooking your chicken like you are going to make people sick.

The food is good, it's just that they serve you less and less protein and well the place is very dirty, the tables no one cleans them

If you are accustomed to speedy CFA service, prepare yourself. This is a very slow restaurant.

We love this location! They are quick, food is always hot and tasty, and most importantly the order is always correct!

I understand there are a lot of people that like Chic fil a. But it's not worth the wait in line at this store. But if you don't mind the long wait and want chicken, this is the place for you. I only get the salads.

Takeout line looked long but the service staff taking orders and dispatching them were super quick. Took us no longer than 10 minutes since we got in line to complete the whole process

Fast service in the drive thru despite the lines that form during lunch. Wish there was more parking lot space given the drive thru volume but the staff is always moving!

I ordered food when i was at work on doordash and the minis had no honey butter and were super dry and cold. My nugget bowl was soggy and cold. The bowl didn’t even come with utensils that i asked for. This store needs to get new workers and train them properly coming from a former chick-fil-a employee. Overall disappointed with this location.

Same great service as expected. Very polite, positive atmosphere, flexibility in order, and the accuracy of your order are always impeccable. The only one thing I would change is the size portion. The sandwiches, especially the grill, are small. But that's not with the restaurants. It's more a Chick-fil-A thing.

OMAR is an amazing worker, one of the best here at the Lake Nona location! He knows how to multitask, provides excellent customer service and goes above and beyond for the customers.

This location seems to have corrected the slowness of service. Good job management, I'll no longer have to drive to Lee Vista for good service.

What cam I say, Chick-fil-A is always delicious chicken sandwiches and tenders, especially love the lemonade which is probably the best

The food here was good, but definitely the slowest CFA I've been to anywhere in the nation as far as service in the drive thru. Took me 18 minutes to receive my food AFTER ordering with the attendant in the lot/line

Chick-fil-A never disappoints! The food is consistently delicious, with their signature chicken sandwiches being a standout. The service is prompt and friendly, creating a pleasant dining experience. The only downside is the limited menu options for non-chicken or non dairy eaters. Nonetheless, an easy and tasty fast food choice! And make sure to check your order here they rush sometimes

Enjoyable environment with well made food and a kind staff. We will be back and enjoy it again.

Drive through is efficient even though it is busy. This time I went inside and they had plenty of seating. Very helpful and friendly staff.

This restaurant is across the street from a high school. The place is packed with students just hanging out and taking up all the seating. In the bunch maybe 1 person is eating while 4 to 6 others are just there for company.
