Just came from the lutz one by the outlets. The customer service is always way better at this one, food is quick and fresh.

At this location service is usually pretty fast and we always get exactly what we order with no issues.

Great pricing for awesome tasting food.customer service is always great.fast cooking.go inside if you have time, sit-down enjoy it.

I usually don’t have any issues with this location, but I ordered a deluxe chicken sandwich and a kale crunch salad for my side yesterday and ended up getting food poisoning.

I'm just ate a bacon egg and cheese and it was really good and it filled me up. Staff were really friendly, restaurant with clean, enjoyable meal.

This is a busy location but the staff is always friendly and the food is always hot and fresh

As I write this review I'm trying to use my words gently and wisely. This Wesley Chapel location is below average. As a member of this community, I was excited to see a newly renovated facility in South Dekalb. However, the staff (kids) who work there are not adhering to the Chic Fil A standards and expectations. My sister worked for them all throughout her high school years, so I KNOW what is expected of staff. The employees at this location display bad attitudes most times, they never say My Pleasure and they move slow just to name a few. And in regards to the drive thru.its awful. Very slow. So slow, you may as well just go in. I gave this location several chances, not anymore. Sad to say it. Do better Wesley Chapel!

I will NEVER eat here again! I was in line at 10: 27am and tried to order lunch but was told by a team lead that I would have to get back in line to order lunch because it was still 3 min away from lunch! Well piss poor business! NEVER AGAIN!

Despite the fact that they were very busy they worked hard to keep up and get both to go orders and counter orders kept up.

Was raining and line was taking to long for order.because i believe with lighting was to dangerous for associate to work outside.for take orders.

The food is always great! Love the cookies n creme milkshake!

I always order through the app and pick up food through the drive-thru. Very convenient!

I do wish their app gave out more freebies and coupons like the other fast food restaurants do.

Having worked at cfa for two years, I can say that this is some of the worst customer service I have seen at a cfa location. The fry containers are consistently not filled, they NEVER pick up the phone at the location, and their constant excuse that they can’t add honey butter to my minis because the bag is sealed after you don’t pick up my many phone calls is peak laziness that is not characteristic of the culture or values of cfa. If you won’t let ppl make customizations online, then you need to be accessible by phone.

Wow what is happening with Chick-fil-A used to be the best customer service this location the managers and the employees, omg why do my people look like me have no customer service skills

Chick-fil-A is a great restaurant to change up for something different. Their variety of sandwiches to nuggets to salads, even the side items are delicious. Drive thru with 2 lanes makes getting in and out quicker. Finally, getting dessert there is awesome, I get an ice cream cone every time I go. ENJOY!

Just started back eating chick fil a and I remembered why I stopped. This Wesley chapel chick fil a in particular has nasty food. The food is mostly cool, old, burnt, dry, uncooked, overcooked or just plain nasty. I have eaten breakfast, lunch and dinner here and it’s always the same. I had to throw out the last food I got. I just couldn’t eat it.

I am appalled at the amount of fries I got for my order it looked like someone had eaten out of them. I am upset! I got maybe a total of four WHOLE waffle fries and then crumbs! I tried to call the restaurant and no one picked up!

Cold food, got sick from their food, long wait times, It gave me PTSD from church’s chicken in Puerto Rico waiting 2 hours in drive thru for fried chicken. Not coming here ever again even if is the only place in the world with food.

The chicken is always undercooked and looks and tastes gross! The fries are always half full!
