Better then expected. I got the chopped chicken breast platter. 4 stars because the price said $9.59 and they charged me $12.59. I didn’t know until I saw receipt back at work.

The food was horrible. Hard flavorless chicken. Hard rice and hard pita bread. Not to mention cold. Asked for chicken skin - they didn’t even bother to chop it. It was probably old food. Definitely NOT fresh!

Worst customer service I have ever had. Young kids have attitudes when asking questions. Horrible service avoid at all cost.

So y’all just not going to answer your phone? What is the point of having a chat on your website and a phone number if you are not going to answer it

This chicken kitchen is now at a new location, the food is good but when they moved I thought it was going to be new management and boy I was wrong the lady that’s there has the worst customer service ever she needs to be fire. Always with an attitude. Hopefully they listen so the place runs better

Filthy dining room. Can only hope kitchen is cleaner. As mentioned elsewhere gobs of rice and a scoop of chicken. Nickel and dime you for onions or other toppings at up to $1.00 each. Hot food often cold. Cold food often room temperature. They could do so much better if they cared even 1%

This place was dirty and I didn’t like how they used the chicken tongs to grab the tomatoes, lettuce, AND cheese. Allergies exist. Cross contamination is REAL. They definitely need to retake their servsafe exam, if they even have it.

I asked if they could get new tomatoes because I watched her used the chicken tongs in the one they had out while the tomato tong was just floating around. Super gross. She got new ones.still used the chickens tongs.

I would love to add photos of how dirty the area was because wow but it’s not letting me. I will be adding them to my yelp review because it needs to be seen my corporate or someone in charge. Super disappointed!

Horrible service. The quality of food is just not the same it’s a shame. Today I placed a large order for a family of 6 online and received each meal without rice. SMH.

Definitely quality went down customer service needs some work also chicken taste like it's under cooked like a piece of gum poor quality ingredients

Service and Quality has gotten worse and today after being a 10 year customer I will never step foot again. Floors are sticky and place is hot. They have been putting a very small amount of chicken and worse they are charging for extra sauce. Before pandemic they had it outside I spent over $20 and you going to get petty with sauces. No way. Good luck with your business surviving.

I sent my friends to this place with my warmest recommendations. I go to this restaurant often. I get very good feedback from my friends. The the cooking is great and the crew is attentive and cooperative.always when we visit this place we have a pleasant evening.warmly recommended.

Dirty tables all the time and floors are sticky, I cannot imagine how their inside kitchen look. Please greet smile at costumer and try to be nice.
