Chicken Salad Chick, Pensacola FL

I wanted to get something other a burger, this Chicken Salad place was packed. I stopped, figured it must be good from the look of the full parking lot. This was better than my wife's chicken salad.

Enjoyed the classic chicken salad and grape salad. A healthy fast food option. Really enjoyed it and will be back.

I'm a truck driver and feel that I have the same right to have a good honest lunch just like everyone else. Although the parking area doesn't have adequate parking for bigger vehicles I notice that the parking was empty so I parked in three parking spaces. After I order and was enjoying my meal I was asked to leave by a member of the store because she said that two customers complained about me, ruining my lunch break. Won't eat there again and would push for other truck drivers to do the same.

I had a fantastic experience at Chicken Salad Chick, and I can't say enough about Debra Griffis, who made the visit truly memorable. The restaurant's delicious chicken salad varieties were a treat, and Debra's exceptional service and attention to detail added an extra layer of enjoyment to the meal. Her warm and friendly demeanor made me feel welcomed and taken care of. I'll definitely be returning to Chicken Salad Chick, thanks in no small part to the wonderful experience provided by Debra.

I went through the drive thru for lunch today. I ordered a Kicken Kay Lyn sandwich with a scoop of spicy pimento on the side. When I got home, I realized that I was given the wrong order, a scoop of the one with grapes and apples with a side of broccoli salad. The crackers were also stale. The drive-thru was moving at a pace of one car at a time. There was no rush going on and the car in front of me was completely gone before they took my order. Really disappointed with the long wait and order mix up -pick a struggle.

They put the wrong sour apples in their chicken salad because they didnt get the right apples delivered. Should have gone to the store and bought the right ones.

Cute girls and amazing, clean, fresh food. Be careful the people that eat here are always in yoga pants and they never look before they move.

Best chicken salad! Staff is ok. They are really busy at lunchtime. Maybe they are doing the best they are capable of. Perhaps lunchtime wears them down to when the slow times comes the service is mediocre as well.

1st visit and I really loved my salad. The staff was able to answer all my questions and also friendly.

No jalapenos in my Jalapeno Holly. They were out of crackers but that was okay with me cuz I hate the crackers that the Pensacola store is passing off now,
they're nasty. You can't beat the Lance cracker. I'm sorry. This store has gone downhill since it's opening. I don't know what's going on with it but it's just not the same taste. I mean what I got tonight there's nothing more than chicken and mayo. I can do that here at home.

Very clean, spacious restaurant with dining room including drive-through services, the waiting was very short, and the tables were covered with clean colorful vinyl liners

OUTSTANDING! First time there. Sandwiches are enough for two or two meals for you. Side spinach salad is a meal in it's self and, to die for! So glad I found them. Make sure to get a tub of their many chicken salads, to take home!

I love the food however I think paying for bowl of soup $6 something when their cup is not much smaller and you get kust about the same amount is crazy.

This is now the third time that I’ve ordered online gives you a time to be picked up you get there it’s not ready then when it does get ready it just sits there so you think you’re waiting on some thing to be made but no they’re not checking the orders and handing them out so you wait an extra 15 to 20 minutes and your orders been ready all along and when you ask them I have no idea which orders are ready and which aren’t last time I will ever order from your establishment need to train your employees on online pick up orders
