Always delicious! The food is always fresh. The wait time was about five minutes for carry out. I will drive out of my way time and time again for this location! I got a scoop and soup. Sassy Scotty and chicken tortilla soup.

The Plain Carol chicken salad on croissant was very good, fresh and homemade. The Loaded Potatoes soup was also very good. And the cookie is always great. We will be returning soon!

Great place to grab a quick meal. This CSC always is clean and has friendly staff working. The food is delicious and delivered to your table pretty quick, even during the busy lunch rush. Highly recommend this spot if you’re in the area.

Don't be fooled by the shopping center - the exterior isn't the prettiest, but the restaurant is clean and up to date. Very on par with others in this chain and a definite recommendation!

I've never had anything bad - recommend just about all of it.

Croissant has the perfect crunch and the chicken and cheese make it perfect. Mac is lovely and the additional pickle and cookie are delicious too.

I come here quite often and today my sister and I stopped around 3 pm to place a to go order for a turkey pesto and chicken salad sandwiches with soups. When we checked the order we had virtually no turkey it was legit a baby piece and SUPER light pesto. My sister had very light chicken salad on her sandwich. We also didn’t receive crackers with our soups. I know how the sandwich should look we are regulars, so when I asked if they can add more meat the blonde hair girl seemed as if it was a problem. When her and the gentleman with the glasses remade the sandwiches we checked again, and once again the pesto was very light I asked for more. The blonde haired girl came from the kitchen to give me the sandwich and said “its on the bottom its there” like it was an issue. Apparently I wasnt the only customer who had an issue with their order because she was messing up other orders as well. I’m very disappointed and I will note to not come on a Saturday again.

Update: They corrected everything! They really care about their guests.

From the manager and my cashier Xena I hope I got it right. She was so sweet. I had to leave them a beautiful tip. The whole crew has the store clean and everyone was working together. I will be back.

Today was my third visit in 30 days. So far I have enjoyed each chicken salad I have ordered. I plan to go back.

I tried the chicken salad with jalapeños as a melt on a Croissant. Very good, unique complex tastes. I always think their prices are a bit steep but it seems everyone is catching up lately. And the cookies continue to get smaller and smaller - almost an amuse-bouche cookie!

Has been wanting to try for a long time. Food was great. Waited a long time and food sat on the counter for a long time as several others that were behind me were served first. Staff was very helpful with menu selections. Will be returning. Can’t wait to try other flavors/varieties.

I love CSC! I just wish there was a location in the Oldsmar area. I always get The Chick Trio with Fancy Nancy on a croissant, a scoop of Jalapeno Holly and the grape salad. It's all absolutely delicious to the point of being addictive!

I've eaten at multiple Chicken Salad Chick locations, and honestly it never disappoints. Today the food was absolutely delicious, very fresh tasting, and very well priced. Jack was exceptionally entertaining as he rang us up. Will definitely be back.

Nice and clean place. Friendly service staff. Nice variety on the selection of chicken salads. I had a scoop of the Cranberry Kelli, Lauryn Lemon Basil, egg salad and a cup of creamy chicken soup with some toasts on the side. Hit the spot! I’m coming back soon!

I wish I would have given this place a chance sooner! I’ve been missing out all my life! The food was great and they had a wide variety of stuff to choose from. My mother and I came here and we loved it. The staff was helpful too and polite! Plus, these guys have some neat sweet teas to pick from

I absolutely love the food from here. I have a few favorite chicken salads that I like, love the pimento cheese and the watermelon tea is the best!

Best chicken salad, especially the jalapeños salad, yummy. Great soups and the Broccoli salad is to die for.

I always love the atmosphere here and each location. The staff is very helpful and pleasant. You can sample if you are unsure which flavor you'd like. The Fancy Nancy is my favorite flavor!

Great little business! I truly love a small menu done right! Clean home style with fresh ingredients and veggies, wish I would have ordered soup as well but they'll definitely be a next time for me! 9 stars for great healthy southern food 5 stars only because that's all they let me give! Tasty, fresh and feel good food!
