Horrible unprofessional Black Staff! I am disgusted by them and the way they treat patients! The doctor is great and his staff is no reflection of him! I have been a patient more than five years and now have ended my tenure with him due to the unprofessionalism of the staff! He refuses to correct them or their mistake I have been Covid positive for five plus days with NO medical attention from my physician due to his staff, My appointment was forcfully canceled due to a clerical error and im left to figure it out alone and hes been my doctor all this time. Never again.

I went to Dr Uche. He was first very knowledgeable and seem like he was going to help me but he has not. He has stop my medicine that I need and even stop my blood pressure medicine despite my blood pressure is elevate even in his office. I am very upset. I pay cash for my visited and he is not doing right by my health. He even made a joke to me I am overweight and need to lose weight but did not give me my asthma medicine so I can breath to exercise. I am trying to find another Dr and I think I really need to report him. I have called the office for help but I will have to pay for the same treatment that I need the first time I don't think so but I will have to find another doctor who can do their job.

The staff are all wonderful people and they are quick and efficient and very sweet. The doctor I believe needs to be sued for malpractice. He’s prescribed me 10 different medications (7 OF WHICH ARE STILL ACTOVE!) that interact fatally with each other. Knowing this he still has prescribed me at least 3-4 things every single time I visit which has only been about 4 Times. When I confronted him about my eating disorder he made a joke about how I was overweight so that couldn’t possibly be true. He’s referred to me and another woman whom I didn’t know and was on the opposite side of the lobby as family, because we were both Hispanic so we must be related. Any symptom I’ve come to him with that I have serious concerns with he completely disregards. The last time I saw him (2 months ago) he did blood work and wouldn’t even say what it was for and now he won’t even tell me the results even though he’s traumatized me as a patient; unless I go in person. 10/10 this man should not be a doctor. But he won’t even call me to to tell me the results of the test when I’ve left several messages for him.
