The attention and response was quick, the service was excellent, everything arrived on time, the bounce house was very clean, I will definitely hire them for my next party.

The attention was great, I had many doubts and they knew how to guide me, on the day of my daughter's party everything was organized on time, the clown show and the character was wonderful.

Chikyjump exceeded my expectations every step of the way. They responded quickly to my initial email inquiry, have great pricing based on my research, and were very flexible when I wanted to make a change to our booking. On the day of the event, they arrived early with ample time to set up and make sure everything was where I wanted it. We had a petting zoo and pony rides and the animals were all so clean, healthy, and gentle - many of my guests commented on how well cared for the animals looked. Last but not least staff had such a wonderful disposition and made sure the kids were safe and having a great time. I will be calling Chikyjump again for my next event!

Nobody ever answers the phone there, they try to sell you party packages that don’t include nothing, generator, attendee and delivery cost more than the actual items. What’s the point of a package if you have all these hidden fees? It’s a rip off

They made my daughter's birthday extra special. They were so helpful and delivered and picked up the bounce house, tent, tables, chairs, and concession machines in a timely manner. I will definitely use them again in the future.
