Terrible, a lot of delay to attend to 20 people, they spend the morning and afternoon a lot of disorder

This office uses a calling system and they do not relay messages to the office for scheduling appointments, and they give incorrect info. I was 5 minutes late and called to make sure it would be ok, answering service said come (I had a 1 hour drive) and when I arrived 5 minutes later than the appointment time, I was denied and told to reschedule. I have been here before and had to wait 1 hour past my appointment time. The staff is friendly, and the place is clean. Mostly Spanish speaking staff.

I have 4 hours waiting for a correct answer, to my question, the staff is either unqualified or they do not know anything about how this administration is managing the resources, we are going from bad to worse, it is a shame to be disabled, so as not to have to live this humiliation, I can only say, my life was never as miserable as the one lived by low-income people. Thank you and that in 2024 God Bless America

The truth is that the care is not very good, I made an appointment and they gave it to me 6 months later, and it turns out that the only thing that gave me a chance was the first appointment with the doctor because when they gave me the second one my medication had already expired. I honestly don't have a good experience with them.

I think they should review the way the woman who works receiving patients treats people, if she is not trained she should not work in this place, many people complaining about her way,

I went to take a newcomer for solo help and they created an account for him but they never made the application when he came in I checked he just didn't fill out the application

Terrible with a queue like Cuba Nicaragua or Venezuela as ready to rectify at 5pm and the next day in the morning

The service in this location is very bad, the time of wetting is too long, yo have to wait the all day to be assisted

It is disrespectful, they do not respect the queue and in 4 hours only 2 people in the queue have been served first the people from the day before but in reality they are friends
