Oh my Godness best experience ever Dr Celiany Lopez Rivera take care of our 3yr old girls she has blessedly hands, she was so careful and explained everything to her ND to us and talk in the middle of treatment. Dr. Celiany Lopez Rivera God bless her hands, she truly works with love for her work, and the delicacy she has in her hands is very high, and while she was treating our girl, she talked to her about the entire process step by step, 3 years and not a single She really shed a tear. Since very first visit I have been left until the end of schedule and even then they have overlooked me and not really apologized for forgetting or not communicating within there office and even seemed bothered by me asking if we’re going to be seen before all leave for lunch or before closing?

Took my 2 year old here for her very first appointment and Jackie made it a great experience for her! She showed and explained everything that was going on to her gave her stickers and a toy at the end and My baby did not want to leave when the time came lol that’s how much she liked it! Thank you Jackie for making her like going to the dentist and not be scared

Love bringing my son here. Dealing with a kid who has autism is already hard as it is but they made my son feel comfortable and were very patient with him. Jackie showed him everything that was being done to him and showered him with stickers and goodies so that he can be in his happy place. Even got his loose tooth pulled out with no crying (just a little scream) and we were out and about like nothing ever happened. I really recommend this place to anyone looking for a pediatric dentist. Thank you guys!

I recommend this place and had a great experience! I love my assistant Kerry, she was really gentle and helpful. I can’t wait to come back to see her again!

Jackie was my dental assistant she was soo sweet and professional I was thing about becoming a fems tap assistant when I get older and she gave me some good information the office was soo cute too

Had a Appt For 9am follow up for my sons major dental surgery didn’t get in the back til 10am. Once I got back there I was asked what are we here for, I explained to no avail the bogus dental assistant didn’t have no clue about my sons surgery being done there didn’t have any notes asking me to provide them with the details.once I express my frustrations I was told I can leave I don’t pay for this any way…lol it’s a children’s dental office all kids have insurance… I’m sure the $10 a hour she’s making can’t pay for her kids dental either lol… my wife has called numerous of times to speak to management to no avail no one’s answered the phone it’s 3 ladies sitting there at the front telling us the call center will push it through etc

Dr Lopez is Great…. Throw the whole dentist office away

I was here for the first time and it has been one of the longest times I have spent in a dental office. Only one doctor attending at the same time.

Very disappointed the wait is more than two hours both times I have gone. At the last appointment, after I had been waiting for two hours for them to call me, they didn't realize I was there and I had signed. They canceled it at the last minute because it was too late to do the printing and the machine was off. They wasted my time for something that was not my fault.

My daughter had her very first dental procedure done while awake and Ms. Keona was the dental assistant helping Dr. Immadi complete the procedure today. I just want to say Ms. Keona was super sweet from the moment she called us to the back till the end of the procedure. She made sure my daughter knew exactly what she was doing or what the doctor was going to do before doing it every step of the way. They were both excellent with my daughter today & made it a super easy process for my very anxious daughter.

We were 10 mins late, which is within their grace period but the front desk girl was very rude and just said “we can’t see you today “. I said but I’m within the 10 min grace period, she asked somebody in the office and came back and said “you’re within 10 min grace period but we still need to verify your insurance and it takes time, we can’t see you today “. She didn’t even ask if I wanted to reschedule, so we left. Then when my husband called to complain to the manager, she lied to her manager saying we walked out when she said she will verify our insurance. She never said that, what she said was “ we can’t see you today” repeatedly in a very rude, impolite manner so I said ok and we left. We will be taking our family of 5 to another dental practice with good customer service.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I had no idea that the woman who took my 2 year old and me back wasn’t even our dentist. She just kept talking about leaving a review. She rushed us through questions I had an out my 2 year olds teeth and avoided giving me answers to my concerns. Then she quickly said the dentist would be with us. The dentist rushed in with us, checked her teeth for one minute. She then continued to tell me that the issue was with how I was nursing my child at night, and she didn’t know what to tell me because her son always took a bottle.
After telling me there was nothing I can do at this time, the original woman who brought me back rushed us back out and continued to harp on leaving a review. I felt like I was in a factory.
Not to mention, with this being my 2 year olds first visit to a dentist, they did nothing to ease her or help her from being upset.
I was hesitant to leave a review, but as a mom, I wanted to know about experiences like this before even taking the time.

This office is ghetto and unsanitary! Had an appointment and waited 1 1/2 hours to be seen. When I took my toddler back there the dentist assistant did not wear gloves when examining my child. Due to that my child is now sick. So disgusting and disappointed in this office and especially that assistant. Will not be returning.

How come if you are scheduled for an appointment, the dentist doesn't see the kids past 1 hour since the appointment time? I asked the front desk employee about the waiting time and she said that my kid was next, 1 hour later and we were still waiting. First and last time I come to this office.

Lobby is small and very over crowded. The wait for a CHILDRENS dentist where kids are inpatient is ridiculous. Over an hour past our appointment time and was never even called back, several people and children standing. The reception staff is not helpful. Look for another dentist. Don’t make and take appointments if you cannot accommodate the appointment or actually respect your patients time.

I had such a horrible experience here, the wait time is more then one hour people kept arriving and getting called before my son, then I asked the receptionist when is my sons turn next she said oh he is next then 3 to 4 more people get called in I walked out before I snapped I definitely won't be coming back for sure for any of my children, this place is such a waste of energy and time save your selves time
