When insurance cancelled, they said we can’t see you without a payment. When you make a payment, later, they said you have a balance of a payment that you made and they don’t have a record of this payment! Unprofessional computer system!

Dr. Pantages and his MA Jennifer are amazing. My child has been going here for 5 months and every time I see either one of them they are always welcoming and have a cheerful attitude. Dr. Pantages always ends with "Do you have any other questions for me? " He genuinely cares for my child. If I ask for shot forms from Jennifer she makes sure I don't leave without then. Anazing doctor, amazing staff. Great team work them 2! Dr. Black is also amazing! Genuinely cares as well!

We love Dr. Sawka, Webber, and Pantagious. All the doctors we've met over the past ten years have taken amazing care of our three children and helped us to make th best decisions for our kiddos health and wellbeing.
Jennifer Sawka has been so helpful and has such a great way with our children. She's a true gem and has really helped me with tips for allergies as well as been a great help at practical solutions for getting them healthy after viruses upper respiratory infections or skin issues.

We have worked with Dr. Pantages for over 6 years now and can honestly say he has been a blessing for our family. He is kind, patient, knowledgeable and empathetic. He asks all the right questions, double checks any areas of concern and ends every single visit with "Do you have any other questions for me? " with full intent to listen and offer insight.

Dr. Alfred Álvarez is always very attentive and cordial. She takes time to listen to my concerns as a mother and always has the best advice for caring for my baby. I recommend it 100%. Is the best. There is also a girl named Genesis who always goes the extra mile. I am delighted with the place, the service and the staff. They are the best!

We’ve been going to the palm harbor location for years, it’s not easy to get some kids to the doctor and they always handle the situations with care. Love the staff and doctor razzman <3

Office staff is terrible! They really don’t care about the children. The office manager is incompetent and kept repeating the same thing over and over. Didn’t try to make the situation better. I’ll be searching for a new pediatrician for my children.

Office staff is completely incompetent. After being prescribed an antibiotic for our child that is apparently out of stock at most pharmacies currently, we finally found a pharmacy in New Port Richey that had the medication in stock. It took several hours to get the prescription transferred from our usual pharmacy. In the meantime, as a precaution, my wife asked to get a paper copy of the prescription in case we got to the new pharmacy and God forbid, they were out. The doctor's office agreed and gave a paper script to our nanny. I later received a text from Walgreens letting me know that my prescription was ready for pickup. I drove during rush hour from Largo to New Port Richey only to find out that my doctor's office called and cancelled the order. I then phoned the doctor's office and asked them why they did this. They said that it was because our nanny picked up a paper prescription. I explained that we asked for that in case we ran into a problem after the office was closed. We never wanted or knew that they would unilaterally cancel a prescription that we had called in. I understand that companies have policies but this needs to be explained. There was no meeting of the minds. I requested that they have one of the doctors who was still on site recall in the script. They would not do this without the consent of the original doctor who wasn't there. They said that they would send a message but that there was no guarantee that they would respond. Meanwhile, my sick four year old is suffering without medication. I asked how would I know if the doctor responded? Would the office call me? She said to just keep calling and checking with the pharmacy. Seriously? I told her that I was already at the pharmacy and what if they don't respond? At some point there has to be someone with common sense who can make a decision using logic. This is an antibiotic we're talking about not a narcotic.

The front office suck at customer service, they drop the ball at check in and one hour later still waiting. I need it to leave for other appointment, I any time was any apology for the screw up.

I've been waiting for a month for a referral! I have given them the same info over and over again and it is still not done. My daughter deserves more. I will be finding a new doctor.

When I moved to the area nearly 8mo ago, I immediately scheduled a 6mo visit after transferring my children’s medical records (super easy). At our first visit, they almost double-vaccinated both my children (<1y old) because the pediatrician we saw didn’t review the records we had sent. During the second visit (different doc), our treatment was again complicated by the office having recorded incorrect dates on vaccinations (alleging a day that predated us ever coming to the office). Three months later, we were not allowed to schedule our 1y visit because we were one day before their birthday (and leaving for vacation). The office refused to sign a medical release for daycare during our trip, and also took two weeks to send medical records (by mail- not email, not fax, USPS mail) so that we could see a pediatrician for our one year and get the release signed by them. One of my sons then experienced a medical emergency and the office staff kept deferring me to check my portal for the records I needed (nothing there for the son at issue, incomplete records for the other). Eventually I had to send someone to the office while I was traveling to physically retrieve them (was told we would be charged). Completely incompetent. What was planned as a temporary transfer is now permanent. Thank you, CMCPH for somehow making life as a single mom more complicated.

5 stars for the doctor, 0 stars for the office staff. I went here for 5 years with my oldest, but things went very downhill with the office staff. Its unfortunate because we love Dr. Ramzan and the other pediatricians there. The front office staff was slow, I would sit on hold an hour to schedule an appointment which was very frustrating when you have a sick baby at home. Also, there was no urgency for getting school forms. When I was trying to return from maternity leave, I had to go back to work 4 days later than scheduled just because it took forever to get the forms for daycare from the office (which I requested much sooner).

Dr. Pantanges couldn't be any more wonderful with my kidos. He is so very patient and my kids can be a handful. He has gotten right back to me with any question or concern. The office staff has been helpful with this last paperwork issue I had. I appreciate you all.

We love this office! My son saw Dr. Pantages when he was born and we continued seeing him as his regular pediatrician. He is so kind and patient with me, a first time mom who comes with a laundry list of questions. He answers all my questions and always brings an uplifting attitude to our visits. I have called the nurse line a few times for varying questions and they are always so kind and helpful answering my questions. The front desk staff is always friendly when we arrive.
