Chile Verde Restaurant reviews
17Closest I've found to Mexican food in Florida. Surprised at the price. $40.00 for 6 street tacos, 1 chicken quesadilla, and 2 12oz bottles of soda. Cook was super friendly and helpful.
Amazing authentic Mexican food! Everything is freshly made and delicious. The hard tacos and Gordita was my favorite! New favorite spot!
Delicious, authentic Mexican food. Cooked fresh onsite, don't let the converted gas station prevent you from getting some great food.
It looks like a cool place until I got inside I didn't like the energy or the vibe and probably not the cleanest or safest place to eat
Every time we come from out of town we have to stop here to eat.
Everything on the menu is made to order and has the best fresh and home made flavor. The restaurant itself is at the back of the super market. It’s local and a great place to eat with local ingredients at a small business that is locally owned.
I've been coming here for over three years. It has been awhile and I ordered the Tacos Americano for the first time while my girlfriend ordered cauliflower dish. Both were really good such that we ordered more tacos. Delicious!
Delicious authentic Mexican food! I’ve stopped here a few times but I have a special appreciation for their breakfast burritos! They are huge and delicious.
As a previous head chef of a Mexican restaurant here in the area this is absolutely disappointing. The queso is from a can. Ground beef has absolutely no flavor at all. Quesadilla was dripping with grease in the to go box. I mean soaked in Greece. Green salsa is like a cup of water. My chips were all smashed inside a to go box. Very disappointing. Three tacos, one quesadilla smashed chips and canned cheese $30
A real find. The restaurant isn't much to look at, it's in an old converted convenience store and gas station. Food is excellent across the board, very authentic, very well prepared, very big portions. Staff is wonderful, very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!
The best around for tacos and other take out Mexican food. They have an area for eating inside or outside. Best breakfast burrito. Open late too
Place is disgusting bugs dirty throughout prep area dirtier than the front of house health dept shut them down for 3 days I feel it isn't clean yet
Would give zero stars if possible.if you want authentic, this isn’t it. Chilaquiles are watery, no flavor, not even edible, salsa & chips is at best tolerable, carne con salsa - not good. The beer and horchata were the only things to be stomached
The food is good.not great or awesome but just good. The prices are big and I mean big. $3.00 for a beef taco is alot. $8.00 for a beef burrito is alot. Good people. No Air conditioning.very warm in dining area but really $25.00 for $15.00 of food!
This place is a must stop for anybody in the area or even out of town a converted gas station until authentic Mexican cuisine with a unique dining experience that can't be beat fast lunch buffet great for contractors and cruise plenty of parking
This place you would notice but food is amazing best taco and burrito spot in Tampa bay area without a doubt. Highly recommend.
Really disappointed. Ordered tostadas. They were super stale. Definitely not fresh. And everything was cold. Ended up throwing the whole thing away. The only redeeming quality was the nice people that work there️
Tall Indian dude is a bit rude and got no class always talking out his rear end lol. Mosquitoes flying on and off of the food that is already pre-made. Update this dirty place just got shut down due to health code violations. Disgusting really Makes me upset Thinking about all the times I ate there.
