The food was average as you expect from Chilis. The server was very friendly and great about checking on us. She did forget our side of ranch but it was fine. Not losing sleep over it.

Great service and great food. Manager came by to see how our meal was. Thank you for the military discount, much appreciated.

Wait staff and manager on duty 5 star. Food 1 star. Our steak came out well done the 1st time and waitress noticed and had kitchen redo it. The steak came out rare (possibly less). My girlfriend was so upset that she didn't eat at all. The manager was nice enough to give the kids dessert but they still made us pay for steak that was not eaten. That was disappointing.

Our family gathered here to calibrate mothers day. About thirteen us was there. The server, Sabrina was on top of her game. We could not ask for better service. The food was ok, but not really up to their normal standard. All things considered, we will be back again.

The poor manager and bartender got ridiculed by some drunk guy at the bar and of course he threatens to call corporate on them when he's the one that's wrong! They did a great job and that guy was so rude in front of little kids and everything!

This the best restaurant I have ever visited. It is always clean and well kept. Their services are always 5 stars.

I’ve eaten here for as long as I can remember and it’s always been a treat. The service and staff is amazing, friendly smiles and good food. Not a long wait like other restaurants, no matter how long the order. Waiting for a table is not long either. I’ve NEVER had a bad experience.

Lunch special for $8 is a good value. 3 for $10 is too. Wait staff could be a little friendlier though. Would eat here again

I am a picky person and I honestly can say I love this Chili’s. I recently ate at the restaurant and also ordered curbside. Both times the food was fresh and never warmed up. The employees are also very kind and seem to take pride in what they do. Thank you guys! Keep up the good customer service I will keep coming back.

TheFood was cold when it came but they remade all of it and were very nice about it management was good and gave us some gift cards for another visit

Very disappointing service today. Usually not the case. Burger was undercooked, they got drink orders wrong 3 times, and never cleared the table until we left (appetizer included). The check was wrong and had to be fixed. Very few visits from the waiter. Dont think I will return for a while, if at all.

Chili's is a good restaurant. The food is always consistent. I take my kids there to eat dinner. The 2 for 20$ makes it affordable.

Very friendly staff. Food is always good. The only thing im not crazy about is when you order the 2-for-1 drinks, they always bring them out together, im not a fast drinker so when 2nd drink is consumed, its not as cold

I just had dinner here (Chili's on 54 next to the Suncoast Pkwy) with a buddy and his 12-year old son, and I must say that I was not disappointed in the least. Surprisingly good food all around with generous portions and excellent service. I had the Caribbean salad with chicken which I absolutely recommend. A pleasant atmosphere combined with fun, pre-food trivia for all, TVs, surprisingly good food (especially for the price), and prompt service; definitely puts this on my short list of places that I will revisit with my son, friends and family on a regular basis. The guy at the front was very friendly and we were seated immediately. And we were lucky to have a wonderful attentive server- Jessica. We were commenting to each other what a clean nice Chilis we have in our area.

Perfect place to take the family when everyone wants something different. Also the chips and salsa here are my favorite because it is not chunky.

The server who works in the bar is very good and attentive. He is always working on satisfying the customers. As in grade school, if the server is an 100 and the food is an 30 the overall grade is still failing and that is what this Chili's does. The food is not as good as it was a year ago. The queso that was brought out to us was basically lacking queso as in there was barely any queso in the bull and really did not see value in it at all. I did not say anything to the server because I figured, there was nothing he could do. The queso did not last very long and I am talking about my wife and I just dabbing the chip into the queso. The simple hamburger order was made completely wrong and had to correct it myself when everything I asked for not to be on it was on it. It seems to me that someone has advised Chili's that if they add more salt to the meal, it will be better and it really isn't. With that said, if you have any problems eating salt, I would recommend do not go to Chili's. Sad but one of the reasons why we do not go to Chili's that much anymore.
