Food was delicious! Five stars to the taste of the food!

Upon arrival we waited ten minutes before we were even acknowledged, and then when we were seated we were seated at a dirty table. They were NOT busy. As we waited to be acknowledged a man came in and was immediately acknowledged by the bartender.

Our waitress was pleasant.

During our meal it was extremely cold, to the point of goosebumps! We asked the waitress about it and she said she would ask someone to turn down the AC. By the time we were finished eating all we wanted to do was to get outside where it was warm! The waitress said she asked for the AC to be turned down, but it was flowing even colder by the time we finished. It was actually blowing on us so hard that it blew the napkin off the plate.

We have been going to this Chili’s for the longest time and used to love it, but not today

Then ordered Chicken and Shrimp fajita’s
No bean’s, burnt rice and sloppy chicken and shrimp.
Very disappointed
Won’t be going back

Bottomless Lunch special for 9 bucks is reasonable and is good enough. Renee the bartender is a pro and provided great service. Well it’s Chili’s so 5 stars is pretty generous, but c’mon you should know what you are getting into…Pretty decent menu choices. Will definitely go back.

For the most part, Chili's is consistently tasty. This was no exception, the service was good, the food was hot and fresh, and if I'm in the area I will be back to this Chili's! ️️

4 people is not nearly enough employees to run this restaurant on a Friday evening. We ended up leaving due to no/slow service. We should have known when we saw the empty parking lot. During our 30 minute visit, we watched over 10 others walkout too. It was a shame watching the manager try to chat and cut up with the staff while they worked. The bartender was making drinks, serving tables, and in the kitchen. Hopefully corporate will step in and get this place turned around. What a shame

Food was good.nice and hot. Service was EXCELLENT! Our waitress, Rannae couldn't have been nicer or more efficient. Great job!

I had a pretty good experience at Chili’s with Tammy as my waitress. She was very polite and prompt with her service. The food was prepared well, I had the chips and queso with chicken bacon ranch quesadillas. The wait was longer that expected but that’s my only complaint.

Always consistent food and great service. Even when short staffed, they go above and beyond to attend to everyone while maintaining positive and productive attitudes. Extra thanks to the bartender! You the man!

The three item choice special was good. Our waitress was professional and on top of everything.

If you love dogs, this is the place to be. I had a great time watching dogs of all breeds and sizes wrestling with each other, running, fetching balls in the water, and going around getting attention from everyone on the beach. I was in heaven.

The food here was not good. It came out quickly though. I will probably not be back, personally

Our server Lillian was top notch.what a pleasant and delightful young lady.she was well versed with the menu and made some excellent suggestions. She made our dining experience fun and enjoyable. Chili's is lucky to have her.

Not good, waste of $100! Manager tonight was rude and condescending. Leadership today is a joke and this guy was the perfect example of not setting an example for your team.

Fantastic experience my wife and I were seated quickly. The food came out very quick and our order was accurate. The staff and management were very friendly. It was an enjoyable experience

Do not go here. I thought I would try again after the horrible last visit. My 9yoa and I went there. Waited on right away, got our drinks and chips and a refill. Great. Oh NO! After over 30mins, we still did not have our food. 4 other tables who came after got theirs. They had a different server. I told the manager and he said "sorry, you wont be charged". I said of course I wont, now I have to go through a drivethru to feed my son because we have theater tickets and was going to be late if we didnt leave. And they werent busy, only one side of the restaurant had tables with 3 servers. I will not go there again. Consistently bad food or bad service. I have been going there for years, but not any longer. Sorry.

Food is ok but they keep it so cold in there you need a jacket. Everytime we go in people are complaining about it. I will not return to this location anymore. The one on Bee Ridge and Cattlemen is worse. That is why we were going to the one on 41. Not anymore!
