Chili's Grill & Bar, Pembroke Pines FL

Food was dry and appeared to have been microwaved. All of the moisture was just sucked right out of all of our food. We left without touching most of our food. What a waste. I do not recommend this location. This is the second time I've gone to this location and the second time I've been disappointed.

Today Sunday 14-November 2021 We were waiting more than an hour because our food never came so we had to leave. The server only came once to give us water and never came back for the rest of the time we were there. We had the worst experience and we were with a child.

I didn't see anybody wearing a mask
And The service was not that good When our food got to us it was cold Waitress explained they have a new system
Hate to say the new system doesn't work
I think I will be avoiding chili's for a while let them work out their system.

Amazing service and very nice staff wait time was great food was good kids love the food and also very clean.

The server was good but the cooks took 30 mins to make my dinner cause they forgot to make my order other then that the server made it right with us

I don't know what I was expecting out of a chain restaurant, but we would have had a better meal dumpster diving out of a Fresh Market dumpster! My salad was COVERED in dressing, all iceburg lettuce - sloppy presentation, a far cry from the menu advertisement. My husband and son got fries that were cooked in old fry oil and came to the table greasy and burnt. Chain restaurants are not places that I go to because of these reasons.

Went here on Veterans Day with a fellow Navy Veteran. We both got a great meal, plus I got a free order of chips and salsa. Jade, our server was awesome!

After a long day of work, I ordered my lunch from Chili's online for curbside pickup. I ordered order the margarita of the month which was the Jack Apple Margarita. The flavor was strong with alcohol but the size of the cup was small compared to pandemic days. It was like a hotel coffee cup or a restaurant water cup for kids. I also ordered the skillet queso which came with chips and salsa. I was surprised by the taste of the queso and I used it to top my hot dogs 2 days later. My entree was the Big Mouth Bites and they were delicious especially the crumbles of bacon. The side of fries could have been hotter.

Wow where do I even start! I was waiting out at curbside and nobody came out. I waited about 15 mins and nothing. I went inside and still had to wait another 15mins. I ordered fajitas that had no salsa, No guac, no nothing! It was just plain chicken and tortilla and rice! That’s it! It was so dry!
I also ordered cheeseburger sliders and the meat was so over cooked it was hard.food was so cold! Horrible experience! My first and last time at this location!

I'm usually a fan of Chili's but not this evening. I came with my family to eat dinner, it started off okay, but once we was seated we noticed that the tables was halfway cleaned and the benches had grease marks all on it from the prior family, the floors was exceptionally filthy & slippery. Our waitress sucked it took 30 minutes before we was even able to order a drink my husband never got his entree to a point where he just had to request a refund because everyone else was done eating. He was very upset and disgusted and had to grab some fast food dining on the way home.

If you order carside delivery, do not leave a nice tip on your credit card until you actually receive good service. They give you a time to arrive and check in. After checking in tonight, I waited 1 hour and 9 minutes for my food! Why give a pickup time if you can't have the food ready? On top of the ridiculously long wait, the food wascold! My advice to everyone is not to leave a nice tip before you actually see what kind of service is provided. I, certainly, will not make that mistake again. The service used to be good, but I see from the reviews that it has gone downhill fast.

This chili's used to be good, now the service is horrible, the employees just don't care about the customers. I'm not coming back.

When entering the restaurant it smell like mildew. Once I was seated the server came over after I sat there for 15mins. Took my order and disappeared. I got my frozen margaritas all watery like it had been sitting for a while.and after my appetizer and food had already been delivered. I flag the greeted down to get a Togo box and cup. Which he was very pleasant and got them right away.

We were a group of 8, they let us wait for 15 min and pointed at a group (who walked in just before us) and mentioned that we will get to sit after they are done even though the entire restaurant is empty including a huge table right beside the group. Totally disappointed, and we definitely are not going to this place.

Very bad service, they did not have servers, we had a very bad experience today saturday sep 11, we wait 1 hour to be seated, the told us we had to wait until another party of 10 finish. After the left the tables on the picture were dirty for 30 more minutes, thanks to the hosstes that little by little clean the table We finally were seated and we had to wait 15 minutes more untill they find a server for the table, a bar tender came to the table saying that She will do us a favore placing the order, like we are eating for free.because they do not have a server. We had a very bad experience and do not recommend this location to nobody. Not even an apologize we received that day.

After waiting a while for my food from Ubereats it turns out that the staff at this restaurant does not verify information for order pickup and they just gave my food ordered for me and my daughters to a random stranger.very unorganized and unprofessional Beware ordering anything from here
They can steal your food and then all they have is Uber eats call you to let you know they will refund your money.but what happens to all the time I wasted waiting and now I have to go out of my way and get the kids ready to pick something up. I called the restaurant twice and no one answers of course.very poor handling of the situation.

Worst experience ever! I ordered curbside and had to go inside, deal with a big crowd. I had to go behind the counter myself to pick up my paid order. It was cold; fries were soggy. Never going there again, especially when we should be avoiding crowds due to covid. Horrible service in organized staff! Called to complain but they do not answer
