Chili's Grill & Bar, Clermont FL

I will preface by saying this will be the 2nd negative review I've ever left in my almost 30 years of being alive.

We spoke with our original server twice, and that was to order our drinks and then food. She visited the table sat 20 minutes after us 4 times within 5 minutes of being sat. All while passing our table and not checking on a single thing.

One of the people (I'm assuming a cook) that was helping serve food was rude with our table.

I waited for my server to ask for boxes at least, but ended up having to grab my own boxes that I was lucky enough to find.

The manager on duty actually watched me grab the to-go boxes and didn't ask if everything was okay or check on anything. She also watched us gather ourselves and leave and didn't say a word unlike every other place of business.

Lastly I specifically ordered my wings extra wet, because I have a problem with my wings every time. You would think I learn my lesson.

Hands down one of my worst experiences at any restaurant.

Went there for lunch with my daughter. Place was clean and staff friendly. Food was good as well. We had chips with guacamole, she had a cheese burger, and I had a veggies fajitas. Great local spot for food. Of course there are much better places to choose from but the time spent with my daughter together with me is priceless. They grow up to fast

I ordered steamed broccoli as a side and I got wet, hard, raw broccoli. Why would anyone want raw broccoli with mashed potatoes and chicken crispers. Lazy.

Waitress was lots of fun however not good at her job. Food took 25 minutes. It was only an appetizer. I had to go to the bar to get a refill on my beverage after I was finished eating

The food is good. But some of the wait staff are not wearing their masks properly. Some were wearing their masks some were not. Some were wearing their mask covering just the mouth and not the nose. Manager should enforce proper mask wearing

Placed a to go order waited an addition 20 minutes past expected time drove five minutes to get home and all the food is dry over cooked and cold. I called immediately and was told a manager would be with me they left me on hold for TWENTY minutes. I’ve called five additional times how’s and they refuse to answer the phone! Horrible

It's Chili's. I know what to expect when I arrive. Food is good, service is always awesome. Stop by for their always happy hour.

Our server had airpods in, got our drinks, wasn’t even delivered by our server.some sort of food and gunk in the cups, just nasty

Food was good but chips weren't fresh. Drinks came out lightning fast but the meals took a while. We filled up on appetizers and were full when food arrived. At least we have lunch for tomorrow. All in all a good visit. I'll be back.

Dinning room terribly dirty wait for seating over 30 minutes with hardly anyone in restaurant. I was not impressed with this location.

Cool place to get drinks and chat with people, Ate here a few times and love their Texas cheese fries. Got 2 for 1 and bartender hooked it up. Long as them drinks good I'll always come back.

We arrived at 4: 53pm in the first half-hour we sat waiting for waiter. After ordering some drinks, another 20 minutes to order. Only one drink on table we had ask for the rest. Our birthday girl's drink finally got to the table while we ate. The waitress was very bad and kept forgetting us. We asked for a manager and was ignored. Then the birthday girl's drink was nasty. So instead of getting her a new one, she took it off the bil. We may not even eat there again.

The food was not good and completely wrong from what we ordered, and it took so long to get we we're going to send it back. And the service was horrible. I understand most restaurants are short staffed, but it's effecting the service and people are going to look elsewhere. If you can't handle the customer load, stop seating customers and let them know it's going to be a wait. Don't just seat everyone who walks through the door because you have an open table. I would much rather wait to be seated, for the service and food quality I'm paying for, than be seated right away, and have to pay for such horrible food prep and service. We won't be going back.

Their app does not let you choose more than one dip condiment. Forget about calling them and asking to add one because they will say yes "yes we will do it now" and they never do! 5 times in a row, they messed up my order!

Walked out before being sat. Busy afternoon, appeared to be a rush with the church crowd. 8 groups ahead of us and every table was dirty to be cleaned. Front counter girl was obviously annoyed and aggressively placed the cleaning solution on the counter prior to engaging in conversation with us.

Usually this place has been great, last time we went the server didnt put our daughters food in the system at all, my food came out nearly 20 minutes before my wife's and our toddler had to wait even longer.

If I could rate only the quality of the food it would be 5 stars.

You might as well eat the cold, horrible food because if you complain to the manager Sara Lynn she definitely doesn't care. By far the worst food I have ever had at Chili's.

It's ok to pick up DoorDash order but Everytime I come here there's different staff, when I go to other merchant's I usually see the same staff. Yeah nobodies going to stay working at a food joint forever but this place is struggling to keep employees.

Kinda got some awoogas here but yeah. At least its not as awful as wild wings.

Chili's rarely disappoints but this location was lacking in customer service and server experience. Probably won't return here specifically but will continue to go back to Chili's at other locations.
