It's a hit or miss at this location.sometimes their on point with the to go orders and other times they constantly forget items in your order

I ordered a soup and the waitress looked me in the eyes and nodded only for my order to come later with no soup. Also she was pretty annoyed and rude to my friend since he took a long time to order.

Before we entered the restaurant a catfight happened with some (Likely drunk) customers.

Mango chili chicken was tender with definite mild heat in the salsa. Good low carb dinner if you get veggies for sides. Will get again!

I had about a 6 people party, EVERYONE'S FOOD was HORRIBLE. Hard as a rock, THEY BLAMED A GAME AS AN EXCUSE-

If I could give a 0 on the curbside pick up I would. 3rd time doing curbside and 3rd time I encounter a problem. And today I even got attitude from an employee when I nicely asked her after finishing the car next to us f she would mind checking on our order. I will stick to San José chilis. I have NEVER received bad curbside or indoor service from them. Oh and not to mention our second experience the manager was involved and told us they would como us for waiting over an hour and they never did. Ridiculous. Teach your employees to be more respect even if they are slammed. I’ve done customer service over 10 years and my personal issues cannot be involved in my work!

My favorite place to eat became my least favorite. Waited a long time to give my order but it’s a Friday so no biggie. Order the triple dipper appetizer, loaded boneless, and my bf order the chicken crispers. First my big mouth bites were rare the loaded boneless was cool the cheese wasn’t even slightly melted the and quest wasn’t even slightly warm. My bf said his food tasted old. The only thing that was good was the sweet tea. Won’t be back again

Order curbside. Hottest after watching us for 25 min goes inside wondering if our order is ready. It took one of us to actually go in 15 min later so they could tell us their system glitch and would have to order and wait again.

Used to love Chili's but it seems everything has turned greasy. Food seems to have gone downhill. Unfortunate I really like this place

Class A service place was slamming busy. They allowed us to get our veterans meals curbside. Young lady was polite and attentive same as the person on the phone. Meals came out faster than told. Good presentation hot and fresh food. I understand why this place was so busy. We shall return and hope to sit in and try this wonderful food inside with some good drinks next time

100% average.will you leave here telling yourself “wow this was great meal”, no.if your hungry, will you leave here semi satisfied? Depends on how many drinks you have…

Eve the bartender is the only reason this receives any stars. She was running around like a chicken with her head cut off between bar tending and serving her tables. We are repeat customers to this location and tonight was awful outside of her continuous apologies and running around. Our food was cold. My pasta dish was very scarce. Disappointed and discouraged. I know everywhere is understaffed and struggling but I didn’t see one manager stepping in. Just sad. Won’t be back.) :

Although they were short staffed, we did not have to wait long to get a seat. The food came out hot and was all correct.

30 min waiting on curbside so they could tell me the online system did not process my order. I have called in advance about not being able to pay online and the response was just “just get here and we’ll figure it out. ”

Walked in with my family stood at the front for about 5 minutes as workers walked by starring at us. We were finally seated but had to send food back twice horrible food and service.

We had made reservations for 7pm. Upon arrival we were informed we had too many people. Manager was very rude and obnoxious. He refused to even sit us in 2 different areas as no serve could handle a hugh crowd.

Awful service. They aloud my family and I to linger in the hostess area for almost 15 minutes before telling us they couldn't serve us because they were closed.

Great Service but no special salt for the Margarita's border glass. I thought they were kidding! Table salt instead? No Way.

We come often. Service is always good. Never had any issues with our orders. Repeat customers. We go to the San Jose and Baymeadows Rd locations too.

My family and I went to dinner last night. They were packed as everyone is these days so there was a wait that lasted a bit longer than initially expected. Then the meal started off with a couple hiccups but the staff blew it out of the park with their customer service. They fixed everything promptly and the food was amazing as always. Thanks to the crew last night for your diligence and hard work. We appreciate you.
