Chili's Grill & Bar reviews
15Great service. Great food. Great drinks. Not too expensive. Table was clean. Some food was overdone but it wasn't too bad
We have had a gift card here for over a year and have been unable to use it due to extremely long unnecessary waits every time we come which has been three times. Today, on a Friday night, they had “kitchen staff issues” and could seat half the restaurant… how about hire an extra cook to have on hand so this doesn’t happen… but I guess paying some guy 10 bucks an hour is too much to ask. Or owner, how about you come in and help out… Also, I couldn’t even walk down the sidewalk going into the business without getting hit in the face by palm fronds with thorns on them… I will be trying a different chiles next time we try and go there… or maybe I will just go to a different company all together with better work models
Apparently you need to create an account and download some stupid app to eat at this restaurant. I got up and walked out. No menus, no greeters, no bartenders. Will probably be seeing this chain go under soon.
Great. Very shorthanded. Staff, bartender are working hard to get customers taken care of!
As a pescatarian, I will say I really enjoyed the shrimp tacos! The salsa and chips here are so addicting, I almost got full just off of those! Their drinks aren’t too strong or too sweet either. Everything was perfect during our visit! My friend loved her honey-chipotle chicken crispers as well! And the service was 10/10 overall.
Company was great seeing Debbie again. Service was good. Fish tacos ok wish was Key West Shrimp! Still it was not Key West and I should have had the ribs!
My boyfriend and I go to chilis quite often, We actually prefer the Wesley Chapel location but this one is closer to us so we usually end up coming to this one instead. I'm not sure if it's just not a busy location in general or if the times we come happen to be during the "dead hour" period of the day, But there are always employees standing around either talking or not doing anything. The server is attentive to us of course when it's slow which is nice, But I know at my job if I'm on the clock and not doing anything I get in trouble. There was one occasion in particular when my boyfriend and I were at a table near the front door, Behind the hostess area and there was 2 employees just standing at the hostess station gossiping about another coworker for a long time. When I finally looked over at them they quickly dispersed. Coming from working in the food industry myself it's just not the best look, I think we're just going to stop visiting this location.
There’s a chili’s restaurant closer to where I live vs this location but me and my boyfriend take the extra time to drive out to come to this one because the service and quality is so much better! The staff are nicer/friendlier here. Overall, I recommend this location— they’re def worth driving out to.:)
The place wasn't that crowded, yet you could not get the attention of servers or bartender due to them talking among themselves.
When they do things right is a good place. Unfortunately half of the time orders are wrong or missing something.
This location is especially hard to get into so that wasn't very great in my book. The food is always good it just depends on who is in the kitchen and this location lacked a little.
Went Sunday at 1: 30 pm and we waited for 5 minutes at the front desk for someone to come tell us it would be over 20 minutes before we could even sit down. She was not very polite about it either. I thought she was joking since there were only about 25 customers in the restaurant. She said they were short handed. We seen at least 3 servers. I could understand letting us know there would be a wait for food but we were not even allowed to stay in the restaurant and it was a very hot day!
Got served a hockey puck for a burger and they kinda rush you out. Not the best experience
So far so good.
I was not.impressed with the path to get here, the road has no turn in.but that's FL fault, not Chili's.
The bartender, Nina, is super friendly and attentive. Makes great margaritas from the looks of it!
Chili's is always a good time with great food. This time was no different.
Bowl of chili.
I recommend
When I ordered the skillet chocolate chip cookie for takeout they just gave me frozen cookie. I realized it after I got home. I was expecting a soft gooey cookie. Very disappointed. Did they expect me to bake it myself. Which I did but it wasn’t good at all.
