Absolutely the most disgusting chicken quesadillas I’ve ever had in my life. Falling apart and so drenched in grease you could literally wring them out. Could not even consume them. Disgusting!

If you're looking to eat a really good burger, Chili's has it. The burger was big and delicious. It was served by a nice waitress, Iliana. I took off a star because Iliana was busy so I asked the other waitress for mustard and she never came back with the mustard. I had to ask the bartender. Come to think of it, Iliana should have asked me if there was anything else I needed before leaving the area. A good waitress would have done that. All in all, it wasn't bad.

They are hiring if anyone is looking for work. Jason was super slammed with tables but he was 100% on top of his game and did an amazing job.

Chilli's locations are sometimes hit or miss. This one I really enjoyed. Food and service was really good. Group of 7 and everything came out hot and right.

They take forever to seat you at table even with half the restaurant open. Probably short-staffed. Took forever to get drink order and food even longer. My daughter had 2 hairs in her food and all they did was say sorry and bring her new food about 30 minutes later we didn't want to eat without her. We did complain and they did nothing about it, we were so disgusted we just payed the bill and left

Service was horrible. Arrived 10 minutes passed before anyone greeted us, than to top it off people that walked in way after us were acknowledged and sat first. I just walked out

Great service from our server. We had a large party with kids and special requests and she did excellent. Not to mention that she was trying another employee.

Mario is am awesome server. They have a great system in place. Server takes the order while runners bring drinks, apps, very fast, efficient, and keeps me (customers) happy! Great job Chili's. Just wish I could use app coupons as well as use my free chips/salsa together since 1 is a coupon and 1 is for being a member.

THE SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE, we arrived there around 7: 40 and the person serving us was a male with long hair tied back. And all he did was ask us what to drink but we waited at lesst 10 to 15 minutos before he came to our table. Then after our drinks we waited almost an hour and a half, we left the place at 8: 30. But the man was walking pass our table frequently and didnt bother asking what appetizers we wanted or our order, we waited patiencently but once we saw he went to another table that came and dragged his chair to speak with, with all his sweet time. We left cause it was just unacceptle, and we came first before that table but he didnt bother taking our order.

Crystals attitude isn’t welcoming at all even with a party of 11 sadly The lobby smells like cheese. She ruined my experience. Never coming again.

Terrible service. I realized I left my AirPods at the table and I walked back in not even 5 minutes after. When I walked in I was told that they didn’t know who cleared the table and that they had no idea where they would be. They did not offer any assistance such as asking other workers if they had seen them. The hostess was also very rude and degrading. Never going back.

Had a birthday party for 4. We had great service but the 2 steaks we ordered, weren't cooked right and we had to have them re-cooked. The manager brought them back out to us, cooked perfectly, and gave us more hot sides for the wait! We love going to chilis for get togethers. We will be going again! Great job Chilis! Thank you! Great management!

Going downhill fast. As much as I enjoy Chillis this place has the worse service ever. Not sure what’s happening but the last three times we have been there more than half the restaurant is empty yet they make you wait 30 plus minutes to sit.

Ee allways have an amazing experience here its one of our favorite place to come. Today Monica took care of our order like always she's the best. Thank you so much for having oir order how we want and on time.

This Chili's always has open seats and a 30-40 minute wait. Don't waste your time. Go to a different chili's if you can.

Ordered to go and everything came out great! It was ready when i got there. They layered foil so that the chicken strips didn't touch the fries so that's cool. I will definitely order to go again on my way home from work one day. Got the honey Chipotle chicken strips and a rack of ribs.

The food here is absolutely terrible, there is no flavor and the pasta is disgusting i had to throw it away along with some other food. I tried their bacon burger also and the bread was so saggy. Im sure now that i've got an upset syomach from eating their food.

Put an order in online today and they called to cancel my order as there was a problem in the restaurant. I had a coupon for a kids meal. They refused to make good on it. Even spoke with the manager asking her to get the coupon back for us or send our order to another location. She was unable to help us in anyway. Unbelievable! I do not recommend this location!

I go here because it's Chili's, but I go to this location more because of the service! Especially from Jason. He is by far the best waiter I've ever had at a Chili's in 20 years of living in Florida.

I dine in this lovely place from time to time! This is my favorite spot to have a bite. I go there many times. The cooking is great, the staff members are friendly and the cost is good. I enjoy being in this restaurant to have a rich lunch.
