Chili's Grill & Bar, Port Richey FL

Ordered through door dash and when I received my food there was a crunchy dark foreign objects in my boneless wings. Not sure if it was a bug or deep fried celery but either way it’s disgusting. Door dash tried to fix the problem and reorder the food for me and the restaurant immediately canceled my order for a remake. The first order was supposed to include ranch (and extra ranch) and I received one blue cheese instead even though the tag on my food said 86 blue cheese extra ranch. Not sure if the person who prepared my food was new to the job or just didn’t care enough to even try but definitely disappointed that my dinner was ruined.

Dirty! Crumbs on table, soda on floor, paint chipped off walls, dirty windows. Nastiest looking Chilis EVER! Waitress was nice. Food was fine but they dumped way too much salt on fries and chips.

The food is always subpar SOMETIMES the service is good. Ultimately not worth the money unless you like over priced TV dinners. ‍️

Our server had a nasty attitude and got personal with my friend the food that the server brought to was bad the burger was so hard you couldn't chew it I didn't eat anything of mine. After we left my friend got sick I had to take her to the doctor they did tests and her food was laced with crystal meth her heart rate was extremely high it was a really really bad experience we will never be back to this location ever again.

1st time n not to satisfy not that good, rice was hard n extremely spicy, broccoli was Salty n salmon was ok but 2 spicy also n my fisnce's Burger was extremely Greasy but the French fries were good. I'll think twice before going there again.

Absolutely terrible every time we order from here. This is the final time. I've ordered this burger every time and it's never cooked all the way I just nuke it and it's good to go. They taste great. But this time it's covered in a seasoning I've never even tasted on this burger before. I had to scrape it off. Please save your money and order somewhere else.

Never in my 20 years of going to this restaurant have I ever been charged for extra sour cream. I had fajitas and my Girlfriend and Son both had quesadillas. My son had to ask for Sour cream for his.

Everyone was very nice and respectful. Service was great and respectful food was delicious. I would go back again in the future.

Lettuce was old croutons were hard Staley steak burnt hair in food, absolutely terrible, but at least service from waitress cared. Definitely not a place for family an especially kids

Always an easy choice when doing a quick outtings. There is something for everyone. The staff are nice and quick. Food and drinks are always good and fair priced.

Actually a server remembered us and what we ordered the last time which was really nice. You don't get that often. I wish I remembered his name!

The waitress was nice, although I think she forgot my food. It took awhile and was cold. The soup was so salty. The wings and fries where low quality. Won't be back or recommend.

Absolutely had an amazing night at Chili's tonight. Waitress was so polite and energetic. She was always smiling and had such an amazing attitude. Will be heading back in the future for sure.

Presentation was great! Food was awesome and even the waitress was great! Last time we visited, our waitress was nodding off. This time was a whole new experience! This will definitely be our new place to go! Great job!

Clearly the pandemic has ruined this restaurant location. 3 adults for lunch place was empty. Host was chatting with others at the bar so we waited. Got sat, orders given. She never came back to see if we wanted refills on drinks. Soups came out, one of them was half a bowl with most of it on the plate below it. Plates were never taken away. Asked for more chips and salsa and she never brought them. Was asked if I was alright with peppers and onions in my food we said yes, it came with tomatoes no peppers or onions. When asked she said oh we were out. I asked for a soup spoon the runner never came back with it and the waitress brought me a high ice cream teaspoon. Asked for refills on the teas and she bought the wrong flavors. Spoke to the manager, he apologized said they were short staffed etc, but didn't change that while everyone else ate I did not. So lunch was ruined. Would never go back to this location. Brinker International should know this location is the worst and brings their name down.

Food was okay but server was not attentive at all! Basically only brought out drinks and an extra side of sauce when asked!

Had much here today the food and drink was fresh and very good! The service was excellent! I sat at the bar she was spot on polite, fast, and makes a good drink too!

Was very specific to waiter that the burger must be well done. Burger was very under cooked, tried to eat around the edges but just couldn't do it. When I told the waiter he said "oh that's not well done" Manager came by and said everyone makes mistakes and took $4.00 off my bill. Unacceptable!

My husband and I, don't get to go out often, just the two of us. So last week we had that golden opportunity and decided we would give the Chili's closest to us a try. We were very pleased with our visit! The host, waitress, and food runners were all on top of their game. The food came out in a very timely manner, our drinks were refilled and never left empty. I ordered steak and it was cooked perfectly, especially for being a chain restaurant, so props to the cooks. With the problems going on right now everywhere like lack of staff and product shortage this location handled it and didn't miss a beat. Thanks for making our night out enjoyable!

Best Chili location in pasco county. Best severs, best drinks and the best hot delicious, fresh food served. No other chilis can even compare in my area.
