I wish i had just taken pics as we left.the table was dripping wet and smelled like an old rag.there was CHEWED FOOD PHYSICALLY ON THE MENU.absolutely disgusting.

Great lunch special options. Loved the bacon ranch quesadillas. Our server was so friendly and helpful

Inside this Chili's is a ghost kitchen for a Doordash resturant Maggiano's Italian Classics.
The food was awful.
Alfredo tasted like it had cake frosting in it, not kidding at all.
Chicken parmesan was burnt.
Breadsticks were garbage.
Dessert was an off brand hostess pie.
The fact that doordash doesn't declare these ghosts restaurants or the fact that Chili's tries to pass this garbage food off as an innocent bystander is ridiculous.

Was surprised that most restaurants closed by 9pm on a Sunday in Orlando. Chili's was open and understaffed. Wait was long to get a table and to get food. Food was good as usual

Chilis is also Maggiano's Italian Classics on Door dash! The deceitful disappointment I have stumbled across is completely inevitable. DO NOT ORDER OFF DOORDASH FROM THIS PLACE or you will get inedible food. We got the 2 for $40. The Chicken Parmesan with penne noodles was soggy and flavorless & the Chicken Alfedo was unbelievable disturbing. At 1st we thought maybe someone was playing a sick prank on us or maybe it was someone's last day at work and was messing things up. I took a bite of the chicken that was neatly placed on top and it was fine but the next bite I dug deeper into the Alfredo noodles and it was disturbing to say the least. It tasted as if someone had mixed frosting into the noodles and melted cheese on top. Yeah you heard me right frosting. The alfredo was sweet! Gross! I thought I was goung crazy and I took a bite from the other side then had my husband take a bite and we were both in utter confusion about how AWFUL it was. It took us about an hour of investigating to find out this food was from chili's posing as another restaurant on Door dash. I've heard of other places doing this (it's called a ghost kitchen) to try and get more people to order from them while disguised under another name.
You could at least serve good food in your ghost kitchen! We have filed a complaint and will be getting a refund.
At least the broccoli was good so I didn't starve.

Stopped here for dinner. The service was great, the food was fantastic and we had a great time! Food came out fast and hot.

WILL NEVER GIVE THEM MY BUSINESS AGAIN! The "manager" Angela, was rude, unprofessional and a liar. She actually tried to defend this steak (pic attached) as being rare! She actually tried to justify this steak as being properly cook as a rare steak! She obviously has no business being a manager of a restaurant. She refused to replace this "boot" and I will be following up with the corporate/ franchise administration. Customer satisfaction clearly isn't a concern for this location. #profitsoverpeople

Our server Kaitlyn was very attractive. Our food & drinks came out really fast & everything was great & fresh.

Went here for dinner and it was busy. Service was good though, and not too long of a wait for our food!

The food was delicious, their staff is very friendly.they were short staff when we went so we waited at the bar until our table was ready bartender took good care of us drink were on point.im definitely coming back

Today we went to say goodbye to our marine. We were a party of 7 plus one toddler. When they called us after an hour we where seated at a table where we all fitted just fine. After a few minutes seated, the manager came a told us that only 7 people can be seated at a table. We told her if we could stay together since we are here having our last dinner before our marine goes back to fulfill his duty. The manager said that she couldn’t have 8 on one table. The family next to us had a bigger table and they were leaving we ask if we could be moved to the other table and the manager Angela deny the request. We had to be split after waiting a hour to be seated. I believe the manager could of let us seat together, I just think she decided she didn’t want to because she is the one in charge and everyone had to do what she said. The waiters was great she try to help us. However, the manager was rude and simply didn’t want us to seat together even after telling her the importance of this dinner.

Terrible takeout service. Our food was ice cold, all the containers were a mess like the food had been thrown together. We haven’t had Chili’s in a while.it’s sad. Even cold, that honey chipotle sauce is still glorious.

For the location they should have more cooks and waitresses. Service was great and food was great. That spicy burger is too spicy to enjoy. The menu needs to be updated.

The waiter was excellent, polite and patience. The pasta was decent, the chicken crisps was too crispy and burger was good. The price was quite reasonable and nice.
