Chili's Grill & Bar, Coral Springs FL

Experience with chilli's with my family was favorable. The service was somewhat slow. There was only one person attending customers in dining area. However, the employee was doing the best he could.

Hennyrita and nachos at the bar was absolutely fantastic.that was the best drink we have had in quite a while. We will surely come back. The server/bar tender was nice.

I loved my experience here. The servers made sure everything went right and if it didn’t, they made sure to make it up to us and for that I am eternally grateful that I chose Chili’s. Can’t wait to come again.

I honestly never thought I'd eat at Chili's again since there are so many better restaurants and it's an old chain restaurant. I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. The food was fair but my server was the BEST! She was more attentive then a fine dining restaurant. Unfortunately, I don't remember her name, but to my surprise. I would actually come back again.

I have ordered from this Chili's location multiple times and for the most part, they usually do well with the food. Tonight was the exception. I ordered the steak fajitas and asked for extra steak for my fajitas and they gave me a hunk of meat that was not even cut, in a cup. To make matters worse, the steak was chewy instead of being tender. Not their best work. Gave them 3 stars because at least the appetizers were good.

My experience at this location was not great. We sat down for at least 10 minutes before requesting a server, who came immediately but walked past us at least 4x and was the only one on the floor. After that there was a wait for drinks and food, long story short. Some people came after us and left well before us. Took us a whole hour to get chips & dip, and chicken tenders. Insane.idk but I was not pleased. They were not busy at all. We were really just blatantly ignored. There was absolutely no empathy regarding the delay of food or anything. Disappointing experience.

The only thing bad at Chili's is the smell at wet towel that you get when you open the door of the restaurant beside that all is great there. Always coming back!

It was a great visit all the way until the end. The bartender and cook were screaming at each other at the top of their lungs in the back, cursing and all. There's no place for that, please be able to control your emotions.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Karen, taking orders for to go, needs to learn customer service skills. She hung up the phone while we were kindly asking her if they can please make sure our burger did not have mustard because it was a mistake we added while ordering. She said it’s already made and hung up. The manager is just as useless. Absolutely disgusting behavior. Karen, if you are miserable with your job get a new one.

We were there for a double date with my friend for my late birthday dinner & the servers were amazing, the atmosphere was lively, and the food was great.

We occasionally go in to have a quick meal. Wanted to take my mom for an experience.
It was okay.

The service and food were very good. Kenny, our waiter was great. He did everything to make our dining experience enjoyable. Quite simply, all the food was prepared fast and served hot. The only exception was the potato soup had too much water added to it

Surprised by the quality of the food, the cleanliness and the overall experience. Trust me, it was not like this 4 months ago so whatever was done, worked. Will be coming back soon.

Had a bacon burger with fries and it was absolutely delicious and everything was freshly prepared

- [ ] Post pandemic most Chili’s have fallen to the way side: under staffed, poor food quality, and subpar service, NOT this Chili’s! From the FOH to the BOH the impeccable leadership is obvious. I was immediately greeted and escorted to an immaculately clean table of pristine menus. Moments later, warm chips and salsa arrived. Lennese then introduced herself as my server & she was AWESOME & her service was stellar! She offered the 2 for one drink specials. I initially order the Bahama Mama, too strong for me. She sent it back and returned with two Strawberry daiquiri’s without hesitation. This Chili’s is definitely Rock Star quality! I drove from Pembroke Pines to this location after reading the reviews. I had a taste for Wings and this location did not disappoint. The ambiance reigns supreme and cleanliness made for a great Wednesday evening dinner.

The food was very good & the service was awesome. Our hostess name was Zach miner & he was so attentive to our needs, definitely went out of his way to make sure we were taking care of. Looking forward to going back hopefully Zach will be there.
