Chili's Grill & Bar, Palatka FL

Placed an order for pick up at chilli's in palatka on state road 19. We ordered the 2 for25 meal deal. My wife ordered mango chicken with black beans and rice and fries. Their weren't black beans the chicken was ok, but didn't come with any kind of sauce. She said it was very dry. I ordered dry rubbed ribs with fries and broccoli, and a chocolate chip cookie for later. My French fries tasted like McDonalds where they sit under that heat light to try try to keep them fresh. But that was not the case in this situation. The fries tasted like they were sitting around forever, they were extremely soggy, and just had that taste of old french fries. Then when I got to the ribs, they were dry rubbed because l love to taste the flavor of the meat than sauce to me it makes a Huge difference, now you think ribs would be fall off the bone tender and juicy, and delicious. That was not the case. Let's put it this way. Out of that whole meal the best part of it was the broccoli? The ribs were so dry I could have put a brick on my plate, and gotten better flavor from the brick. Then when I went in to pick up my order all the person was concerned about was the tip, and how much I was going to leave. In conclusion if you want a dry cold tasteless meal, with a waitress who's only concern is the tip and how much you are going to leave. THIS IS THE BEST PART. You go to a Nice Restaurant looking for a good home cooked meal, or something different. Then when you get home, and your juice's are flowing, and you're Hungry. Then you open the bag up to a big disappoinment. So if you're looking for a Place where to eat. Where the food is cold, the ribs are dryer than a brick, and no quality control. Waitresses that are only worried about how much of a tip you are going to leave, THEN CHILLI'S IN PALATKA IS THE PLACE FOR YOU. AS FOR ME AND MY WIFE WE DEFINITELY WILL NOT BE RETURNING ANYTIME SOON. Went in after church to see the restaurant only half filled. Was told it would be a 20-30 minute wait as only two cooks showed up & they were low on staff. I decided to wait.two young ladies who were doing the hostessing lifting face masks up & down, had the most vulgar language just talking to one another than I’ve heard in a long time. Every other word had to be an F- bomb or other cuss word. Very sad. We decided not to eat there. It’s a shame nobody really cares or wants to work anymore. Very disappointing.

Best chili's around good food and drinks also they have had a full menu even threw covid the other chilis had half menus. Ymmy

Food was OK, waitress was awesome however there was a wait for table which was OK other than they allowed people to cut in front of us

The place was very full but they made some space for us that we were a party of 8 in like 30 minutes and while you wait you can go to Walmart that is 50 meters away.

Ordered the triple dipper. The chicken tenders were so small. Very upsetting for the price I payed for myself and 2 other people.

The food was amazing. Our waitress was absolutely on top of what was going on around her. I would love to have her as my waitress anytime

It's Palatka, so there's not much of a choice in restaurants so I think they don't feel the need to go above the standards. Bartender is always amazing thou!

Food was great we ordered from lunch menu drinks always great service awesome but the only down side was the desert awful

Went here for the first time since moving back home. It used to be, back in the 2010 era, a pretty decent place to eat. While I will say I didn't have too many complaints on the food, the service was horrendous. The waiter walked up to us, mumbled "what do you want to drink", we told him, he walked away. Came back to get the orders, not a word, and didn't come back again until the food was ready. Dropped the food off, and left, still not a word. We ate, paid the bill, and went to walk out the door. Turns out I asked him to do the 2 for $25, and instead he rang them up individually and overcharged me. I mentioned this to the hostess who told me I'd have to come back when the GM was there to have it fixed. So, I asked for the servers name since he never said it, and his name is Chris. So if you get this guy for a server, call a a manager over and ask for another one. He should think about another business.

Ordered to-go, left work an got there at the time they said it would be ready. Walked in an was told that it just came out an was just boxed! Wonderful ladies at the to-go counter! I've always had good experiences at chili's!

My wife and I stopped in to get a drink and bite. Food was great and staff excellent
I returned a couple days ago and was surprised how bad the service was. There were not many people there. It took 25 minutes to be served even though others were served ahead of us. Also our meal did not get there until we had waited 55 minutes and again several others were served ahead of us. I do not understand what happened. Even asked if they were short on staff and was told that they had no problem with staff and we would just have to wait for our turn. I have been going here for years but don't know if we will return. So sad because we enjoyed going there. It really felt like we were singled out.

Food was good. Great family dinner. Love the onion petals. Had 2 alcoholic drinks a strawberry daiquiri and a dreamy frose Margherita they were good. Very happy with expierance.cajun shrimp and chicken dinners were good. Daughter loved the chicken crispers. I will say tho the honey chipotle wings had an extremely strong smokey flavor that would almost choke you out. But overall good expierance

Don't really like it as much as I used to. Great atmosphere and drinks of course, but.food used to be outstanding. They said they're understaffed by 60 %. That explains a lot. Still a date destination though.

Well the food is nothing what you would expect for the price but it wasn't bad I guess wasn't too long of a wait to get in I wouldn't go there again most likely but the environment was nice

Great server. Always had the refills coming but forgot the ketchup hubby asked for. I liked my chicken bacon quesadillas. Fries ok. Burgers pretty good. Nice they were opened on the 4th.

If anything I reccomend the Crisprs (yes, that's how they write it) their Mango Habañero is the exact sweet and spicy mix I love

In the lunch special I received chips and salsa, fajita chicken, red and green bell peppers and onions, tortilla wraps and a trey of toppings that included pico de Gallo, shredded cheese and sour cream. I only paid like $9.83

Good all around good food friendly staff clean got served by Sam, she will treat you right! The 10 dollar specials are great got the chicken tenders and there awesome chili, and fajitas dinner well worth it. Cool environment, nice family oriented atmosphere.
