Chili's Grill & Bar, Kissimmee FL

Service was great. We got there just as they opened. Manager sat us immediately food came out fast and server was attentive. Place was clean. You can tell good management at this store. We tried to order a non alcoholic frozen drinks but apperently chili's took all blenders away or atleast that's what the bartender told us

I absolutely regret going to Chilli's Kissimmee Sunday 7/23 with my husband and 2 kids. The service was horrible. The manager was extremely rude and had an appalling attitude as she hovered behind me and rushed me to pay my bill although there were multiple errors on it. I spent a few hundred dollars and I really wish I had spent it somewhere else. I'm a doctor in this area and usually order food from here for my staff. However, I will not be ordering from nor returning to this location or any other Chilli's after tonights dinner fiasco.

Last time in this restaurant was 2019 and I rated 1 ️ as the service was repeatedly terrible and the restaurant cleanliness was very poor and never returned because of those reasons until now, I have since removed that review. Mariela, our server who we had 3 occasions was absolutely fantastic one of the best I've had from any Chilli's restaurant. Food was amazing and cooked to the preferred way every time and the cleanliness of the restaurant and vastly improved will be visiting again on our next trip 100%.

Great value for money. Food was delicious and served quickly. Staff friendly and attentive.

Decided on an easy dinner out after spending a day in the parks. We sat in the bar for our visit the evening of May 7th. When we first sat there we though the restaurant was a bit tired looking. Not bad, just in need of an update. The service and food however made up for the difference. The bartender was friendly and accommodating, and the staff in general contributed to a hospitable and cheerful environment.

We just moved to the area and live close by. We’ll definitely be back.

Our waitress Missy was AMAZING today! Although the menu isn’t “vegetarian” or “pescatarian” friendly, she was able to assure I could be accommodated. Not sure if corporate or the management has the control of increasing the variety of food options, but that’s the only thing that wouldn’t make this experience 5 stars. Thanks to Missy, this was a good experience at this location.

This was one of the only few experiences that I enjoyed with my family to the fullest.

First, the service was ultra fast, not to mention super ultra spot on.
The food was hot, tasty, and we ate so much (we were hungry after a full day at universal and were utilising our time on the rides so we didn't get time to eat there).

The cost was not nearly as close to any of our experiences elsewhere. It was around 0.75 or even half the cost and without even enjoying the experience in those places.

Thanks to our waitress "Mariala" or "Mariana" (sorry if I tortured her name) She was amazing, so professional and knows what we needed each time before we say it. Only well experienced waitresses who care, know how to do such a great job.

Just today stopped to grab some lunch. Ordered the brisket quesadillas. When it came out I ate one triangle and it tasted different. Opened it up to find out no brisket it's beef but has bacon in it. I'm extremely allergic to it. To top it off the female manager who came out argued with me saying brisket it's pork. Really! Since when? And then told me she spoke with the kitchen manager and cooks and they all said the same thing. And then the server had the nerve to come and say all quesadillas come with bacon and I should know that if I worked for Chili's. Wow that's how we talk to guests! I USED to work for Chili's and never in my 9 years have I even seen anyone talk to a guest this way. Apparently they are desperate and hire anyone now and are not well trained. So sad. Thanks to Troy who came and apologized appropriately. Needles to say I had to take meds right away which now it's been 2 hours and might have to head to the hospital because my lips are swelling.

I have visited this restaurant several times but last Friday was not a good day.minutes they let us know that we must make the order again because the system deleted it, that is, wait longer.in the end the food was good. I don't think I'll be back for a long time

Good was good, service was friendly. My lemon drop Martini was ON POINT! I enjoyed my evening thanks to this amazing bunch of employees at Chillies.

Some dirty gutterball not wearing a hair net got their hair wrapped around my bbq chicken tender. So nasty.

Food is fairly good. But service was mediocre. Every order had something missing or something that hadn't been ordered. Staff quick to correct. Even to correct a correction (not kidding here).

Decent, tasty food - quite simple but good value. Service was ok, rushed and quite blunt. Atmosphere was quite loud and raucous but full of families like us and that’s to be expected

The Cheesesteak was awesome! Can't go wrong with the chips and salsa as a starter. The menu has something for everyone. Nice location and clean.

They kept us waiting for 40 minutes and then they jumped us due to having my baby sleeping in the car. They suggested we wake her up to fold the car or wait 10 or 15 more minutes, having more tables to be able to locate us. Little empathy and bad disposition

Had a great experience traveling from boston me and my family had such great service from tatianna she serving 5 other tables at the same time as us and was very attentive to our needs constantly checking in on how our food was and being consistent to make sure refills were good food was fresh too!

DEE. DEE. DEE. That is all. Dee goes so far out of her way to take great care of us. The best care - it's amazing. Give Dee a raise and make sure you sit at the bar and ask for Dee if you sit at the bar or in the bar area at a table!
