Super friendly servers.

The food overall was fine, but the winner was the Margarita. It was big and delicious. Loved the drink!

The venue looks a little tired but worth a visit.

Called to place a pickup order I couldn't even order the first thing he kept stopping me finally put me on hold.really I wanted 9 min and 8 sec then it said no one there and it hung up at this point in 2 min away after waiting I was not happy I wanted to to go and not wait for them to deal with this the manager was ok and was trying to deal with the situation I did get my food it was ok a little cold

Chili's was our very first vacation dinner spot. We stopped sometime after 6: 30 and were greeted by the host and what we assumed was the manager. They explained that they were experiencing some unusual delays in the kitchen and only had one working grill. If we were thinking about possibly having anything in the grill, it may take a little longer than usual if we decided to stay. We thought that was very kind of them to inform us before we sat down. We decided to stick it out and ordered drinks and appetizers. Dinner didn't seem to take that long after all. Food looked great but it seemed that Cajun spices were highly flavored in the kitchen because the food was a little hotter than we recall. Food was good nonetheless and the service was amazing as well.

Late Thursday night dinner with 5. Looked like they had a busy night. We were seated pretty quick, great service by Joshua! All the food was very good!

This Chilis has been around forever. The food is consistently hot and delicious. Service may be a bit slow as staffing maybe light at times. Lots of long pauses between visits to the table. Lively, fun atmosphere. Really a great value! The 3 for Me deals cannot be beat!

- strawberry lemonade: super good.

- tripple dipper 14.99: a good choice if you dont know what to get. The mozzarella sticks are amazing!

- alexs Santa fe 12.89: the fries were super good!

Service:
- 30 minute wait for a table.but it was understandable because we had six people

- The worst experience i have ever had in my entire life. You could tell the waiter didn't want to be there. Impatient, sighing and rolling his eyes while taking our order, slightly rude remarks. He Didn't properly introduce himself either. I had to ask another server for his name.

- never checked on us. Didnt come to check for drink refills. We tried to ask another server for refills, She ended up telling him. He walked pass us without even looking, then walked pass again and said he'll get us refills. When he finally got them, he brought all new cups. We said thank you. He walked away without a word and left all six empty cups and empty appatizer plates. We could barley eat. Our dishes were hanging off the edge of the table while we ate. It was unbelievable. I have never asked for a manager in my life! But i was so close. I understand the frustration that comes with the service industry (which is why I always try to leave great reviews for the employees to let them know they are appreciated) but wow. And we were so nice! Not once were we not polite even after all that. We ended up asking another server to help clear the dishes. I asked for his name and she told me. He was nearby and heard that. He FINALLY came and asked if we were ok.

- one person was still deciding what they wanted, he never came back to get their order. We had to flag him down for that. Which made the food come way later than the rest.

- we eventually had to flag him down and and ask him to clear the cups and plates. As if it wasn't obvious.

- we assumed he was having a bad day and he was like that with all tables. But then he asked a table next to us if they were doing ok, something he didnt do for us. I couldn't help but be bothered. I was so sick by it i could barely Finnish my meal. It was a terrible feeling.couldnt bother with desert I was ready to get out of there.

- He finally ask how we were doing when he wanted to ask if we wanted togo boxes.most likely his way of telling us to leave. Gladly!

- while paying he apologized and said that his father died an hour ago. He should have been sent home to grieve. They weren't busy. There wasn't a line out the door and there looked to be plenty of people standing around "supervising" who could have took over his section. Its horrible for the employee and its horrble for the customers who have to get the other end of the employees grief. Horrible managing. He (understandingly) was not in the right state to provide decent service.

Don’t waste your time driving here. Walked in at 10: 15pm (they close at 11pm) to be told they aren’t taking any more tables.

Our server was amazing! I had the Mexican chicken bowl. Sooooo good. He had the beef fajitas. He said they were delicious. Matter of a fact he cleaned his plate. Drinks were always full. Restaurant needs a little TLC but the food was on point!

Love this place, the food is always good with great service! The bacon burger is delicious!

Went with a group during our vacation. Some of us came in with low expectations. I had none. We went out with a lot of take out boxes and full bellies. On two separate days no less! All of us 100% would return. Here is a haiku reflecting our experience:

"Palms sway 'neath the sun,

Go to this Chilis. Those Yelp reviews are actually so misleading.

Our waitress, Lexi, was so sweet and attentive. The food was delicious & we had a great time.

We’re visiting Orlando for a week and decided to drop in to Chilis as our dinner one night and when I say the food was super amazing. When we arrived we were told there would be a 45 min wait but we were seated within 20 min. Hostess was very nice. Our waiter was prompt with drinks and our food was hot and delicious. We’ll be back on our next family vacation for sure!

Really great experience with the bartender but the restaurant itself is a bit tired and the food was just OK.

Good place to be for yummy food. Vibrant n happy faces all around.this was the place which was open till late.

I feel like I've stepped into some order dimension. I went to chilis in Wellington FL and would never go again. My son love chilis, so we came here on vacation. AMAZING! Service was 5 star all the way!
