We were just served by a lovely young gentleman working too hard first time at chillis and the service and food was lovely. Definitely some remarkable staff there that went above and beyond. I hope get paid their worth.
Unfortunately we were all too fat to take pictures before woffing down our lunches.

I love Chilis and used to eat there often however since I’ve lived in this area I have ordered from here about 4/5 times and only once was the food made correctly. Most recently I ordered 3 meals for delivery and my child and I ended up with food poisoning for 2 days because the food was not properly cooked. I called to complain about it and no one ever returned my call. I wouldn’t recommend this location unless you are willing to risk throwing your money away or getting sick over it.

We have been going to chilis for years with no issues till sadly tonight was an overall disappointing experience. Food I've gotten dozens of times was underwhelming (queso wasn't even fully melted either), frozen margs had about zero fruit flavoring (STRAIGHT tequila) and that “sugar” rim wasnt sugar? Our servicer Kevin did fantastic and no complaints on his part! When we talked to the manager (Terry) we were met with random excuses on the food and passive aggressive comments. We did get some items taken off our bill and maybe its only this chilis but would not recommend. Currently on our way to get different food and drinks lol

How do I rate a restaurant that my wife, my son and I couldn't even get greeted or seated at? We walked in to a non-busy restaurant and watched a server bring food to a side table then disappear. Several minutes passed by without anyone greeting us or even saying one word to us, even though we were the only ones standing in the entrance area waiting to be seated. Finally the bartender made eye contact with me, motioned to me to wait 1 minute. I did and she then, instead of requesting assistance, waited on her bar customers. I approached the bar thinking that perhaps we should sit at the bar as apparently it was the only place to get waited on. My wife's patience had run thin as had mine and we decided to leave. We drove to Applebee's and were promptly and quite cheerfully waited on. To the Chili's manager, have your employees go visit Miss Marissa at Applebee's and maybe she can teach them how to do customer service properly.

We had a small business meeting in the back room and Ed was our waiter he was very good to us all. Thanks so much we will be back.

The places was practically empty and when I asked for a table of 6 I was asked to wait to be seating. I was told I was to be seating in the following 15-30 mins. There were plenty of spaces we could have been seating and the hostes wasn't the kindest. I felt I was being judged by the color of my skin. So sad.

Had lunch at the Chili’s today and my husband ordered the chicken crispers and instead of getting the Mac and cheese he got corn on the cob, the corn tasted like vinegar and he told the waitress and she brought him out another piece and it tasted the same, she said she would tell the manager but I don’t think she did because the manager never came out, I came home and researched why corn on the cob would taste like vinegar and it said it would taste and smells like that if it is old. The waitress argued with us saying we don’t even have vinegar here. Not a very pleasant lunch

Lunch with Mom on a Monday was FABULOUS! Very refreshing to have a waiter who was attentive, professional and very well trained in customer service. Mom had this Shrimp and pasta thing that was so delicious. It was new on the menu. Try it, you'll love it.

We enjoyed an evening meal out at Chili’s. It was crowded for a Saturday and we got right in. Out waitresses was very friendly and also helpfully with questions about some menu items. We had the Quesadilla Explosion Salad and the
Smokehouse Combo,
Both were very good, the Smokehouse combo can be purchased with 2 or 3 main dish combo. I had the 2 dish combo, and with an appetizer I was not able to finish all the food, Very filling and took some home with me. The half ribs in barbecue sauce was excellent and his meal choice has become my favorite. We will back again!

I ordered my food and drink 20 minutes before my male friend. They gave him his drink and food before me. I had to ask for my food that included an large shareable appetizer. Never asked if I wanted water.
He had already eaten his meal and they still had not given me mine. He made the statement that you notice she is only talking to me. By then I was so mad I had to shut down so not go off and upset him on his birthday. I ordered my food to go I had enough of that place. Needless to say, guest who was paying the bill, it was me.
So there went her tip. And I will not be returning there. I have already told all my friends and will tell every Uber driver I take so they can tell everyone they take there.
It is not acceptable to treat people badly because of the color of the skin, their gender, or their appearance. If you do not want them there say so and allow them to spend their money elsewhere.

WHEN I SPEAK ABOUT THIS CHILI, I AM REAL ABOUT WHAT I SAY THIS PLACE HAS RUDE WAITER AND WAITRESS SERVICE AND THE ATMOSPHERE WAS OFF TO I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE OR A PUP OR A KITTY CAT. ME AND MY FAMILY TRIED SATURDAY TOO JUST GO IN GRAB A LUNCH AND ENJOY THE FOOD AND TRY TO JUST RELAX A BIT BUT IT WAS A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND WE LEFT THE RESTAURANT AND WE WILL NEVER GO BACK TO ANOTHER CHILI RESTAURANT AGAIN WE FELT PROFILED BECAUSE ALL CAUCASIAN WERE THERE WAS TREATED LIKE PEOPLE. Showed up Friday Feb 24th around 1pm and waited almost 3 minutes for a greeter to sit me. Two female workers walked past me didn't acknowledge me looked at me, then went on with their tasks. The female bartender saw me but attended to the woman at the bar. As a visitor to the area, coming back from a long deployment the service was poor and the chain failed me.

Chili's has changed over the years. The food used to be way better, and I'm not blaming the chef I'm blaming corporate for being cheap and buying cheaper food to prepare. The margaritas used to be better. Back in the day you could actually taste some alcohol in them now they just taste like something that's pre-mixed. I know times change, but I've been to Chili's twice this week and both times the restaurant was half empty and there was nobody to see us. So we sat down as if it were 5: 30 on a Saturday night and super busy and waited for someone to acknowledge that we were waiting to be seated. After being seated our waitress took our order on some iPad looking thing and then that's how we also paid. Call me crazy but I miss the full service where somebody sees you, someone takes your order, that same someone brings out your order, that same someone checks to see how your order is, and that same someone brings you your bill. I'm all forgiven a 20% tip but you used to have to work for that, now not so much.

Average Chili's experience. The skillet queso is more of a queso-based chili, but was good. The queso was some of the best I've had from a chain restaurant.
