Chili's Grill & Bar, Orlando FL

Waited over 10 minutes to be greeted by the server, ordered a sunset marg that looked nothing like the picture, another table then told us it was buy one get one margs and our server never told us that. I got a truly and she didn't open it or give me a glass to drink it out of, then our app came out, my first bite had a hair. I pulled it out of my mouth and asked for a manager. We left and will never go back.

I ordered a curbside order. I picked up the food within 10 minutes of being ready. I ordered the Triple Dipper which is what I usually get from this restaurant. It was so disgusting and I'm not even sure how that is possible. The Burger bites burger meat was cold. It tasted old. The Sothwest rolls tasted spoiled and the Honey chipotle wings didn't taste fully cooked. The entire meal was gross I had to throw it away.

The food and the service was excellent, we also enjoyed the happy hours, the burgers were very good, I recommend them

Food was good and came out hot. Service was Ok but the bartender was our server so they weren’t as attentive as they could have been. Sides of fry’s were way smaller than normal for some reason

We were greeted with a smile & lucky to be seated right away.
The service was great, and the food was good. The bathrooms, however (women's), were disgusting. The bathroom needs a serious overhauling.
So, as long as you don't need to use the restrooms while you are here, you should be fine.

So I called ahead to confirm the restuarant hours and was told that they were open until 11pm we then drove to get my son his favorites from chilis about 40 min with traffic. Arrived at the restaurant at 10: 15pm and was told by the hostess that the manager Brian was not excepting anymore walk ins due to them wanting to get out early. We were not the only family as others were pulling into the restaurant and we’re very frustrated as well. First time this had ever happened and it was really ridiculous as the restaurant was still busy with guests to stop allowing walk ins 45 min before closing time.

Make sure u tell them to hold the hair on the texas cheese fries.idk how they taste bc the hair tried to choke me out when i went for a bite.be careful.

Normally we love Chili's. We were out of town but I ordered my "normal" this experience was less then par. Got the appetizer with the meal. Which didn't really matter because I didn't even eat the food~ it was not good. We paid for it and left.

Kristen, our server, was extremely accommodating, helpful and understanding. Particularly for our vegan family member. The whole family had a fantastic experience at this Chili’s

Regular Chili's fare, but found a hair in the guacamole. The floor looks like it hadn't been swept in days. Bits of paper everywhere. Not a lot of care taken here, obviously.

I've got zero complaints, wasn't over the top amazing, but it was solid across the board

Worst experience of my life. The GM "Al" is the worst manager I have ever encountered. Hair in food, being blamed for hair being in food as a customer, at the end we gave more than 20% tip on our tab even with every complication and the GM grabs the money and says "and tip? ". Unprofessional, unlikeable, never again. Host was great though!
