Food was extremely bland! Chilis needs to add flavor I'm sorry.the dish that I got was the fajita mix honestly it was not good at all, So disappointed. The appetizers are honestly the only thing that was good

We’ve had two incredible servers one female and one male. Exceptional experience l. Kind, fun-loving, personable folks!

Doordash orders take forever to get from here. Driver waited like 20 minutes said he couldn't get help from staff then they made him wait like another 20 minutes for my order. Not worth a hour and a half wait.

I initially gave 2 stars. When we arrived 11 months ago. There was no one to greet us initially. We waited 10 minutes to be seen. 15 minutes to get seated. An hour and a half to get waited on with no drinks or chips for the wait. I got fed up because I had somewhere to go and ordered curbside just to get some food. The restaurant was understaffed in the front of the house but seemed fully staffed in the back. How do I know? I got up to search for my waiter to tell him I needed something to eat due to a medical condition and I had another appointment. There were uncleaned tables sitting there for hours with stacked dishes. I have been to NUMEROUS Chilli's across Florida and this particular restaurant was a complete disappointment. The other one's shined compared to this one.

I was greeted immediately. The service was prompt. The staff was friendly and courteous. They brought the food out quickly. The entire place was clean! I was wowed by their service. Excellent Job Chilli's-Sebring, FL.

Was sat and ordered the food came in a timely manner but it was all cold I had less than 15 fries and on both orders of fries quesadillas was soggy stake came 20 minutes late our drinks were only refilled once we pilled the cups where they were supposed to set the plate with the stake then our cups were refilled. Horrible dirty interior as well stay away

The quality of the food here was a real disappointment. My wife ordered a Buffalo Chicken Ranch sandwich. It was horrible. The chicken came with no ranch on it and was incredibly slimy. She could not eat it. The food was also very bland. It is extremely too high priced for the quality that we received. Not to mention, the whole family spent the night in the bathroom. The only thing decent about the whole experience was our server. This place has really declined over the years. Would never recommend eating here.

I've been going here since they first opened in the early 90s I've gotten to know the people over the years like Curtis in the bar area Terra a waitress in the right side of the restaurant and Lauren and Jordan as well as two managers penny strange and dawn all of these people who work at chilli are my friends and I've known them for years they will help you in any situation you have trust them I do

Waited 10 minutes to seated. I asked the bartender for someone to seat us and another group and was told sorry you have to wait for the hostess. There was about 6 or 7 staff members walking around refusing to acknowledge the growing crowd at the door.

Hate the new menu and it's just not as good as chili's got famous for I would not go back nor would I recommend anymore and haven't for a very long many years.

Never got my chips and dip, and when my wife got her order it was wrong, but she might as well ate it cause she never ended up getting her food, waiter blamed it on the rough night because it was so busy. Though there were empty tables around us, but whatever. Rather than blaming other staff I suggest this place communicate better, I don’t come often, only once a blue moon always had nice experience, but now I’m disappointed…food still great though.

We weren't offered chips and salsa, even though the menu proudly announces "never pay for chips and salsa". Our server was so busy, we felt bad mentioning it. Our food was slow coming out and nothing to write home about. Soft drinks tasted awful due to the city water. We will give them another chance in case it was just one of those days.

Sometimes they forget half the meal when ordering to go. The service is spotty. Only once did my ribs turn out dry. For the price point, it's not too bad I guess. This all happened last year. I don't think I've been there yet this year. Maybe it's better.

The food and server at this location was horrible, steak was very hard and 20 min after they serve the second dish and we think the server forgot to send it the the order to the kitchen. Honestly she was the worse server ever.

June 2023 I went to Chilis for a birthday celebration for my daughter when I arrived the hostess stop me immediately and let me she don’t have any room for my party of 6 so she was explaining that a party of 6 and a party of 8 just had walked so she was like u can just wait so I was like do you know how long of the wait she couldn’t tell me how long so I suggested we be seated in the bar area and she was like Ohk but she didn’t think I would want to be there because I had kids with me which I only had one To make a long story short the food took super longer than I thought it would we had plates stacked on top of each other so as I was clearing the table the one hostess said that they will clear the table and I said to her I’m just helping because the cake is on the way
