Chili's Grill & Bar, Tallahassee FL

Server was outstanding. Area was very clean to include restrooms. Wings great. Didn't care for the steak sandwich that was listed as a new item. Me, personally, I just didn't care for it.

The food was so good, I definitely will be back. I had a burger, my granddaughter had grilled chicken and fries.

The bartender is a great waitress and server at this location and I go there often for these reasons.

Service was great even though there was only 2 people working the floor including the bartender. Strips and loaded fries were great. Sausage and street corn was over done.

Very disappointing, with all the fat on my steak and grease I thought I was eating at McDonald's but with the McDowell's price tag. Supervisor or manager never came around to check on the floor stayed behind the counter in the kitchen for the 30 soulmates that I was there. My daughter's salad finally arrived after her hamburger derived and she started eating. At least it out bilbies you get the salad before your entree. Server was okay.

Terrell was our server and bartender. Very professional knew the menu and the drinks were perfect.we will return. Salmon came back good to perfection

Morgan charged me for a $3.49 beverage that I didn't have and got my email when I left! Called Manager, No call back!

I know there are some huge fans, but it’s just not for me. My favorite thing there is the queso. Really not that big of a fan of the chicken crispers, but they’re pretty good. The burger my friend got looked awesome! The dip trio is solid, but nothing about Chili’s lights my world on fire. This is a good Chili’s, as Chili’s go

Went in again for lunch. Two employees were helping an elderly gentleman get a ride safely home. Very impressed with their kindness and care.

The waitress was so rude, she seemed ok at first but was so rude. I did not feel comfortable and do not think I'll be going back any time soon

Worst Chili's we have ever been to. We sat in the bar area hoping we would get better service based on the reviews (shouldn't have even gone.shame on me). We dropped some cash and walked out after 30 minutes, cold queso and warm beer.

Showed up on father's day. Was told there was a 45minute wait. After a hour had passed was told they had called in wait staff and it would be at least another 45 minutes.

I called my order in to go. The staff recognized my voice & knew what I wanted to order.

Once a month I pick up an explosion salad & without fail, they make it to perfection. It is a $14 salad & tip $3 when I pick it up because of the friendly staff.

Average experience, not the regular standard for Chili’s, server was a bit rude. With so many Mexican restaurants in Tally, this one goes to the bottom of the list.

I went to celebrate my birthday with my daughter-in-law and we had a nice time. Margarita drinks were delicious and so was our meal.

The food was horrible, it was overcooked and the grease was old. The chicken crispers were so dark and so dried out it was ridiculous.

Haven't been here or an apple bees in years and this is why. Ordered a ribeye and sirloin (medium) and both came out well done. Ordered the street corn and it taste like it had been cooked 2 days ago. I tried giving this location a try for a birthday request but it continues to stay at the bottom of my to go eat places. Front of house was understaffed, thus slowing down service a lot. Bartender had the whole bar and a handful of tables to tend to. What is management doing about this? Not blaming the employees. Just poor management.
