Nothing has changed since Chili's opened! Same food, same cocktails, mediocre service, etc.you know exactly what you're getting when you pick to eat there.

We come to this place mostly because of how great Tim is! And of course the molten cake. But forreal, Tim is the best server we’ve ever had anywhere. He’s so on top of everything and multi-tasking. He’s been serving us for years and he’s so nice! He usually is serving in the bar area. If you’re fortunate to get him when you come, you will love him!

I like this Chilis. It was clean, and service was timely. Fajita size was large. The burger was huge and greasy. Chicken Quesadilla was great.

We used to love coming here. After our experience last night we will not be going back. The hostess didn't do her job correctly and instead of fixing the problem. Copped an attitude and dragged it out till we demanded a manager. The manager said he would follow up with the employee and we got sat finally. We sat right behind the bad hostess and watched as people left and she said nothing. As we left she sarcastically yelled out for us to have a specifically GOOD NIGHT! Obnoxious and immature to say the least. We've been there on Friday nights where the place was empty. Good luck with employees like that.

It's a chili's.the food was bland and the fajitas were barely hot. I haven't eaten at this location before, but I do want to commend the server for being incredibly personable and attentive. I did not complain about the food, as it was a quick stop. I believe the servers name was Anna or Anne and she was lovely and should be acknowledged for her work.

After a long hot day with my a/c broken down, we treated ourselves to Chilis. Everything was perfect, such an enjoyable experience after such a miserable day!

Tonight we doordashed our dinner, a med rare steak w avocado and asparagus was cooked perfectly. Kids chicken and cheesy noodles and chicken sliders w mandarin oranges the chicken wasn't over cooked. The meals were amazing. The best I've had in a long time. They did and awesome job! A perfect end to a hectic weekend. Thank you

Service at this location seems to have improved a little bit. Our waitress was great, food was hot and came out quickly!

Seems like this place is going downhill. Ate here many times but this last visit was not good. First my fathers shrimp were uncooked and I ordered the tripple dipper which was like 12 bucks and it only came with 8 fried pickles, two of those small sliders and 4 southwest eggrolls? Expensive for that little amout of food. Don't think my family will be returning. Better restaurants in the area to spend your money. UPDATE: Been back quite a few times and been happier with the food and service. Waitress was super nice and helpful. Burgers are good and the 3 for me is the best deal for the amount of food that you get.

Sam was such a good waitress. She had a friendly fun personality and went above and beyond on our service. So very grateful.

This Chili’s Restaurant is really good. Much better then the Port Richey Chili’s. This Chili’s has a better staff, they actually care about there guests! Where as the port Richey chilis could care less about anything. If I want to go to Chili’s I go out of my way to go to this particular chili’s because the food is better and the staff is better it might be better Management all around at this location.

I only sit at the bar, but I can certainly say Jen and Meg are the best bartenders! Come in a couple times, and they know your drinks and your name. Amazing customer service! Thank you!

The price are reasonable and food was served quickly, Patron margarita totally delicious, customer service was bad

I ordered a Santa Fe salad and it was too hot for my liking, Jason the Manager was awesome! He immediately had gotten me another salad with the dressing on the side. Joe the server was amazing. The both were eager to help. The service was great, I’ll definitely be coming back.

We had good service and a nice server Justin I had the chicken fajitas my husband had a great Burger (pictures of the fajitas posted). I don't think we got a photo of the burger. I love their black beans and rice too. Thanks
