Great food and an outstanding waitress. The bad thing is the place was freezing! We decided to take our entrees to go because, the cold was just unbearable.

Ordered 5 meals. The chicken tacos looked and tasted like they were sitting out all day, chicken tenders were old hard and cold, the kids couldn’t eat them, everything was bad. We had to throw out most of the food.

Waited for food but was not informed when it was ready. Had to check for myself on the to go rack then was told that I had to pay when it was paid for already. Food was cold

I order a crispy honey chipotle chicken crispers with corn on cob and fries and a salad and there was a peace of hair in my salad DISGUSTING.

Been ordering curbside everytime I go. Last time was a bit of a letdown because the food was cold. And I was waiting for a while.

The waiter at our table sucked. He kept forgetting stuff and kept making mistakes. Someone next to our table said that he brought out their food cold! 1/10 experience please don't go here unless u want cold food.

I go to chilli's all the time and this is by far the worst one yet. This location is not clean.
First took a while to get Service.
Received the dirty spoon with my soup and took over 5 mins to get a replacement.
Entree was received with a old dirty plate.
Waitress seemed to not have a problem with it. Only came here for lunch as I don't know area and needed something quick for lunch.
Never coming back.

Chilli was salty.you would think a place named Chili's would know how to make chilli. The ribs were beautiful man!

Awesome tasting food and incredible service even when they were extremely busy. Our waiter Chico was great! Highly recommend this location.

Great prices and love the all day happy hours on some drinks would of given 5 stars if the nacho chips we were given was drenched in oil as if bottom of the last batch

Food was great, as always. Our server was very nice, but was slow to show! We needed help with the Kiosk and she walked off.

I asked for no spice.and the trio plate (chicken, shrimp and steak) was super spicy. The waitress ask me today if I wanted something else, but I had already started to eat. I can't eat spice.but thank God it's not an allergic reaction.or I wouldn't be writing this.

I came here directly after work. It was not crowded and the food was OK. Our server was nice, but I felt rushed. We had ordered drinks and just wanted to unwind. After being there for only an hour our server informed us she was leaving and we needed to pay the bill. It was such a turn off. I get that your shift ended, but a little more tact would have sufficed.

Visited chili’s from out of town for dinner. Ordered a bunch of food and took the remainder to go. Got back to my hotel room and there was a giant bug under the to go boxes. I called the restaurant and the manager was not sympathetic at all and made me feel like it was my fault and that I picked up the bug on my walk to my hotel. Offered me 50% off my bill. I had to throw out the remainder of my food. Not satisfied with this service and won’t be coming back.

Had my to go order wrong came in and the most respectful and sweet employe Leina (i believe thats her name) she fixed my order with a smile and threw in some extra fries. I even forgot they messed up mu order supper content with the custumer service.

My order was not complete, I was overcharged for my meal and they put everything in one container, which smashed it together.

Not bad food is good and a friendly environment but the staff need to be a little more friendly special when they depend on tips

I used to dislike Chili's because of the Mexican taste but now that the menu has changed where it has more of than American flare and twist the food is more enjoyable also that happy hour specials for drinks are amazing.

Service was great! It was an awesome restaurant to eat at right before boarding the plane for home. Quick service with a very nice waitress to serve us. Highly recommended.

Very good service. The service at this location is awesome, the employees are very nice and polite and they attend to your needs and they always try to help you with anything. The food was very tasty. The manager came to our table and dealt with the small problem we had. I recommend this place for anyone trying to get a good bite and nice service.
