I love that there are dairy free choices and they accommodate me allergies to milk and my son's allergy to nuts by using all new equipment for our orders.

Love this place! Try the “pastelito” guava ice cream and you will thank me for the rest of your life

There's no doubt the ice cream is delicious. However, the place looked dirty. The door and windows were full of fingerprints, the floor inside needed cleaning, and the sidewalk and tables outside were dirty and sticky. Several of the napkin holders were empty. Also, the music was so loud I had to scream for my order to be heard. This eardrum busting noise level made it impossible to sit inside and talk to my friends. Please clean up the place and turn down the music so going out for ice cream in the summer can be a fun experience.

I love the flavors of their ice cream, especially the one made from oat milk. I choose their ice cream over many others because of the texture, the cleanliness, the flavor, and because of the milk choice. Lately, I have been receiving orders incorrectly, missing, or other people's ice creams. Creams. I honestly don't know what to do because I love this ice cream so much that it would be a shame not to buy from them anymore since the flavor is so tasty and the milk options include non-dairy ones.

No question best nitrogen ice cream in all of Miami. Have been coming here for over 7 years. Beat chill n location too! Can’t wait to go back!

I went here for the Nutella. I like the additives on top of the Nutella or whichever ice cream you choose. There are other kinda and flavors that N-Chill-N sells. I like the I like the Hershey's kisses. I believe they also have granola. But the topics are good. I low temperature ice cream. The nutella is good and I believe the highest protein option.overall good and I do recommend

Ok. This is easily the smoothest ice-cream in the city. Maybe in the state. Maybe in the nation. Maybe the world. I can NOT fathom smoother ice-cream. This place is AMAZING. It tastes fantastic, there are many options (dairy free or vegan even). The prices are reasonable considering that it is made using liquid nitrogen.

It's fun for kids, it's pleasant for adults. Definitely fantastic ice-cream. Go here. Try it. Love it.

Great ice cream. Has a lot of varieties and it is even vegan friendly! Not very expensive either.

This is a cool spot. Man very impressive how they make the icecream. Service is great. First timer and I didn't feel rushed. This spot I will be back.

People take a child’s ice cream and no it is a kids and then cusses at you when they have their own kid there

Love the place. Very original and industrial look. Finally something different and nice to do in this city. Their ice cream was amazing and very tasty. Definitely one of the best ice-cream place in town.

Update: now there are THREE non-dairy bases! Coconut, almond, or oat milk! Whoever made that decision - THANK YOU! Allows for much better flavor combinations since coconut was sometimes too strong for certain flavorings.

Design your own ice cream (base flavor and add-ins) so the possibilities are endless. The non-dairy base is actually really good (thank goodness!) and since you can add flavors and toppings, you are not limited to the typical one or two non-dairy options. Love it!

Be prepared to wait in line, be patient! Love the taste of the ice cream, super smooth. Is worth the wait? , a little at the end still Ice cream.

Ice cream is always good, and the staff is friendly. I would have liked for them to keep the number of people inside the small place down with everything going on. Also, it seemed as if all of the delivery orders really slowed down the wait time as well which made the process way longer than it would have been. Overall good, but would probably try to go at a slower time, atleast for now.

Update: Was in the area and decided to give them another time. Ended up going a little later (around 10) and had a much better experience. No line of delivery orders and the place was almost empty. I did want to add that it looks like they have created a new system with a tv in the window to show what orders are ready or still being worked on to keep the crowd outside. I didn't get to see how well it worked because it was much slower, but happy to see they are trying it out. Again, ice cream and staff were great so would recommend

I went in today and asked if it was possible to get a small ice cream based, chocolate and vanilla combo and the employee at the register answered yes. I followed up with asking if they had any kind of chocolate syrup that was the hardening kind, even explaining that it gets hard after feeling the cold of the ice cream and the employee again answered an enthusiastic "yes! " I was surprised but went along with it as he rang me up, and waited the couple of minutes it took since there were a couple orders ahead. When I get my ice cream, it looks like a plain chocolate ice cream so I check the side ticket and that's exactly what it is. I ask the two employees who wee behind the counter about the things I had asked and they told me that they didn't have anything like that. I answered why would the employee beforehand (who had gone to the side of the store at this time) tell me that they did offer these additions. I paid almost $6 for a plain chocolate ice cream that was already melting when handed to me. Awesome service.

My fav of all time is red velvet please bring it back!
but the CB+CD+WH is a must for sure
