This was one of my worst experiences at a Chinese restaurant, I placed an order online and called a little later to see when it was ready for pickup. When they answered the lady kept trying to make a new order when I was telling her I already placed one I just wanted to know when it would be ready. When I got into the store to pick it up she had two orders ready for me when I told her multiple times I only ordered one online and was calling to see if it was ready. The lady got upset with me and was saying it was my fault. She gave me the cold food instead of fresh food and it was absolutely disgusting. The chicken tasted like plastic and it was cold. This was a very upsetting experience and it was all because of miscommunication but she wouldn’t even let me get two words in. I definitely don’t recommend this restaurant due to the food and the customer service being terrible.

Extremely rude staff. I was given attitude for simply taking more soy sauce for an order of over 40$. The food was bad, dry crab racoons, empty dumplings, bloody chicken wings, discolored vegetables and hard meat. Rice felt like it was kept on heater all day. The attitude was the worst part. I've had bad food but attitude and bad food for the first time I went there I'd rather give my business to another restaurant. Never going back again.

Food was disgusting. New to the area o love Chinese food. Got egg rolls spare ribs and crab Rangoon. Even the crab Rangoon was nasty. And paper thin.

I would give a 0 if I could, bought House Special Lo Mein and Hot & Sour Soup today 12/14/22. There was a dead roach floating on top of the soup. It was so disgusting that I immediately poured everything down the garbage disposal not thinking to take it back to the restaurant. I did call the store to let them know there was a roach in my soup and the person in charge said there was nothing she could do since I don't have the food to bring back. Take this as a warning: if you don't like eating roaches don't ever eat food from there. I wish I had taken a picture before putting it in the disposal but my immediate reaction was to dispose of it.

Customer service is trash, I order a lunch special which comes with a soda.a beef broccoli the lady said my order doesn’t come with a drink. And There was barely no beef on it and the food taste horrible. This was my first time there and my last time.

I’ve always loved this place; they’re nice & the food was yummy…. Up until today! I waited 20 minutes just to break my chicken open & it was FULL of blood. Can’t say that I’ll ever return. YUCK!

We're here they're out of everything except for beef and pork and rude oh my goodness if I want to already paid for my food I would walk out snotty and just rude to everyone thank you for being open during the pandemic and God bless you but I will never come back here you can't treat people like this

I’ve been going here for 3 years. The service is always bad, but since you don’t stay to eat is not that important.

The food was always BAD and now it’s WORSE. The food feels WEIRD in your mouth. The rice is OLD and overcooked. The noodles are SANDY, the seafood is NASTY. The sweet and sour chicken is SOGGY, the sweet and sour sauce is WATERY, not sweet, not sour, just sugar water.

Good food but customer service is
lacking.

I was referred by a neighbor, so I decided to try this spot. I specifically ordered an item minus 2 ingredients (3 times, due to food allergy). After receiving the food and returning home, I discovered the dish was incorrect. My husband called them back and explained the issue. My husband returned to the spot to get a correctly prepared dish. The manager was accomodating to correct the issue, however, the manager came off a bit annoyed with my husband because he returned to exchange for the correctly prepared dish. Overall, the food is good, but we won't be returning, as customer service is HUGE to us.

This restaurant is a great choice for quality Chinese cuisine. There are a large selection of items to choose from. Ordering online was very easy! The portions are very generous and the flavor was excellent! We will definitely make this our go-to restaurant when we choose Chinese food!

Worse place ever to make a order. They just give me the wrong order and when i call the manager have bad attitude and start argue with me in front of others customers them she said i eat the food when i bring back the wrong to get the right one.no professional at all

They’re on my never again list, spent $50 the other night and it just wasn’t very good … Sesame chicken barely had taste …the pink sauce whatever it’s called for the sweet and sour chicken was so watered down.the lo mein has no flavor …it was just disappointing

Today 6/14/22 I went to eat with my family, we found out maggots (larvae fly) in our food, make me stomach pain, I don't recommend this place

Front desk lady sucks but this place is good overall because no matter how much food you order, they always say “10 minnnuteeee” LOL

Ordered some food from here and it made me have a long night of stomach pain and restroom sessions. The food was old looking and tasting. Their food use to be really good now its just trash.

I've only gone here a few times but it's not that bad overall. The staff is friendly enough and the food is good enough. It doesn't take that long for them to prepare orders. The wait is typically no longer than 15 minutes or so. I've yet to find the right dish, but I've ordered the hot and sour soup for sick colleagues on occasion and they've enjoyed it. Pricewise, I think you get what you pay for. Then again, that depends on the person. I typically go for the Pu Pu Platter when I can't make up my mind and that's usually a good choice. Other than that, I'm also privy to crab rangoons and whatnot. That's really about it. Pretty quick service and friendly enough staff is pretty OK in my book. Of course, the quality of the food is important. The food is good enough as well. Overall, not too bad.

Since the old owners sold this place a year or two ago it has become very disgusting. My food had metal in it and went I called the store and spoke to the owner she was rude and told me come and get my money back without apologizing or being concerned. Please go spend your money somewhere else cause there food is garbage, it doesn't taste the same as it did with the old owners.
