China tea reviews
15The food was excellent! We would return. Order was ready in 15 minutes. Don't forget to call your order in before hand. Dining area is closed and may not reopen based on the signs in the restaurant
Can't stand this place. Food is terrible (definitely don't get the egg rolls) and the service is inconvenient and just plain sucks. You can only call in an order even from outside of their front door. NEVER AGAIN!
This is the only place in Orlando I trust to get the best prepared Chinese food from. The service is always quick and easy and the food is always served fresh and hot. I’m always craving this place on my lunch breaks!
Here for business and saw the reviews. Thai basil beef was amazing! HUGE portions and very inexpensive. Next time I'm in Orlando I will be back.
THIS IS THE WORST CHINESE PLACE IN ORLANDO! The lady there is EXTREMELY rude! Food is very poor and overpriced! You have to call in your order even if you are right in front of them at their place! Disgusting food! LOCALS STAY AWAY! This is a high priced tourist trap!
Good Chinese food compare to what's around not the best but descent. Anything chicken always taste old and dry but the fried rice is good most of the time, beef is also good.
To all the whiners that are complaining about this being a take out only place, yes it is, and it says so on the front door - if you didn't read that, it's your fault. And as far as taking your credit card with a glove to run it, I appreciate the extra precaution, if that's enough to upset you, you've got bigger issues. In any case, the Chinese food in Orlando is overall pretty bad, so have been thrilled to come across China Tea. Their food is great, and as close as I've seen to Chinese from up north. Service is always efficient, and maybe not warm & fuzzy, but the lady there has never gotten my order wrong, so can't complain. I would highly recommend for good local Chinese take out.
Food is soooo good the best Chinese take away I’ve ever had in Orlando! Living in the USA but being English it’s hard to find Chinese food comparable from home and this for the first time was actually better!
They do not offer Dine in seating (don't know if this will change) which kinda sucks. I decided to give this place a try because the talk of their food being pretty good.
Their food does taste pretty good and their prices are about the average of most Chinese food restaurants.
Can't get in but near the door. Have to yell your order. No menu. No lunch plates on weekends. Nope bye
Born and raised New Yorker here…. I have had decent Chinese food but I was looking for really good food…. I read reviews and decided to take a chance and drive 30mins away to try China Tea, I think it’s the best I’ve had very comparable to NYC. Definitely worth it!
World class Chinese food. The owners have zero interest in you or your business and greet you with a plastic bag over their hand to run your CC because you're contaminated. Yet their Singapore Mei Fun extra spicy is the best I've ever had. If you're cool being treated like E. T.and want good Chinese food this is the spot.
I am here visiting from CT and hands down this is one of the best Chinese food ive ever had. The restaurant has signs that tell you to order on the phone only due to the pandemic and i didn't realize it and she still took my order in person. Food was ready within 10 mins and everything was delicious. The drive back to my resort was about 30 minutes and food was still warm and fresh.i ordered the crab Rangoons, egg rolls, boneless spare ribs, pork fried rice, white rice and sweat and sour chicken. The lady who took care of me was warm and friendly. Very pleased with my food. Will be coming back when i come back to visit.
Hands down the best Chinese food in Orlando. I have never been disappointed. Is there typically a wait YES! Why, because its good! You will feel rushed placings your order over the phone, so please know what your ordering before calling, they are just that busy. But if it wasn't good food, it wouldn't be busy. They lady in the restaurant can seem rude but she's not, she's just doing the best she can to keep up with order, ensure orders are correct and that the food is good and she does a great job doing that. They will always get my business.
This place pre-pandemic was the only Chinese restaurant I would eat from. But since the pandemic, dine-in became permanently closed; which is disappointing for me because I live near the Lake Nona area. If I order takeout, due to the distance by the time I get home food is cold and as of lately I find the food very bland. Lastly, the lady/owner is standoffish. It’s just not worth it anymore: (
