China Uno, LaBelle FL

I honestly am not one to publicly talk about a place. I am big on supporting small businesses but China Uno Labelle Fl has some AUDACITY! I will now forever drive to Lehigh for my Chinese food, because not only did China Uno give me cold food but their customer service is TRASH! Last time I went they had a long line, people waiting for about an hour after being told it would be 15 mins on the phone. That day my entire order was cold. Today I ordered and was told 15 mins, I show up and everything was hot except the fries. They were cold and soggy. Tell me how this lady sticks her hands in my fries, eats them, and proceeds to tell me that they are warm and fine and tries to give them back after eating out the bag. I asked her to remake them and instead of doing just that she tries to give me the fries she stuck her dirty hands in back. After that, asks for my credit card to try and charge for a remake, I said no. I asked for a refund and she then throws the cash at me. The offered to give the fries for free to a couple inside who declined them too! 1000000% DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Forever will drive to First Wok in Lehigh before going back to China Uno!

I originally went to this place and when we got there it was crowded and you can see the workers working super fast but not with the best customer service. However, i ended up ordering Doordash and the food tasted really good. The fried rice looked more like yellow rice instead of actual fried rice. The portions are good. Enough for 3 people.

Hands down the absolute BEST Chinese food I have ever eaten! Service was super fast for takeout order be sure and get some kitchen hot mustard!

For a small Chinese restaurant, they sure had excellent food. We are here for fours months this winter, and I am sure we will be getting dinner there several more times. Wonton soup was great!

They have never messed up my order. The food is always cooked well and taste good. I never have any complaints about there food.

In my opinion the food is going downhill.fast.my last order was $18. Sweet & Sour chicken, shrimp, pork.terrible.dry and burned. Threw 3/4 in the garbage. Sorry, no more…. It has been quite a while since this negative experience, decided to try again after my other oriental spot started getting bad…. So it was actually pretty good this time. Different set up now that the covid precautions are gone. Kitchen seemed to be better staffed with more people… the shrimp egg roll was really good, well cooked and maybe fresh… so I will give it yet another shot in the near future.

Food was hot and tasty so full of flavor price was slightly higher than expected but in all honesty the food makes it worth the money I would recommend the food.

The ordering was easy. Service was prompt. The food was tasty to my expectations with low salt requested. I would recommend for takeout.

I love this place, if you're near the area its a quick way to get some good tasty Chinese food. Their food is just amazing and its a nice for a take out too!

Good honest food prepared in front of you. Generous tasty portions of all the standard Chinese take out food. I'd recommend ordering online for accuracy...

Great Chinese food- Yaaaay! SO good, and in just a few minutes. Love that they can sub/add tofu for any of the meats, and they know how to do it RIGHT. It was delicious, and generous quantity. Please be patient, this is authentic Chinese and Chinese is their language. It is SO worth it. We will definitely be back many times! A+A+A+
