The dude who is at the front window is very rude and dismissive. I noted other comments about rudeness so it appears that maybe this is a consistent problem.

Hey, I am just picking up some Chinese food. The interaction is brief. How hard is it to be pleasant? The food is OK, not great but OK. Chinese restaurants are a dime a dozen. So for my $$$ I'll go somewhere else and avoid the aggravation.

I spend about $350 a year at that store. Not a huge amount of money but I'll spend it elsewhere from now on. They should learn how to value their customers. Seems I am not the only one in the comment section that feels this way.

This is the best fast food chinese take out in Devon Air, food is clean fresh and always consistente. Remember this is not a gourmet chinese restaurant.best chinese in devon air!

Food is okay at times. I wish customers who are coming to pick up are acknowledged and thanked. Customer service especially from the dude at the window needs to improve.

My favorite place every time I visit Miami short notice for eggrolls and top shelf everywhere else!

The "hot&sour" soup was anything but hot or sour, had no taste to it whatsoever. Same goes for the lo mein and the egg rolls. Don't waste your money.

China wind has lot of potential. But crew needs more customer interaction. Too quiet people. The girl is the best but I don't see her. Good food. Is prepare infront of you. China wind rocks!

I would like to start off by saying I've been coming here since 2013 and that ends today.

I came for my lunch break and ordered a lunch special orange chicken with my included soda. The chicken was so overcooked and hard I couldn't eat it. Not to mention it had no sauce. I call back to tell them about it and the kid says I should have asked for it with extra sauce and that everyone likes it crunchy. Not me and it has never been like that. I bring it back for my refund and the owner was so rude and said it didn't matter since I was getting my money back. They didn't even refund me the full amount. He claims I paid for the sprite separately. I chose soda instead of my soup. You get to pick one for the lunch special. No apology or consideration for me having to come back a second time during rush hour. What a joke. Never again!

Just got take out tonight from this restaurant. The food was fresh and very good. The restaurant was also very clean. We will be back!

I loved this place, specially for the lunch menu. Food is good, my usual order is General Tso chicken with fried rice and wonton soup which comes with complementary fried noodles for the low price of $7.10. The manager took my order and was very cordial and friendly. Wait was around 5 minutes.

I ordered chicken with vegetables.how disgusting! The chicken was not chicken it was like some sort of soft thing.definitely not chicken, so I returned it and the lady looked upset. I asked for bourbon chicken and I cannot believe how nasty it looks. I will not be going there again it didn't even have broccoli, the chicken again did not look like chicken yuck! Im very discucusted right now. Threw it away. I just wanted unbreaded chicken and I have learned my lesson I will not be gluing there again.

This spot sure knows how to please their customers. Always with a very welcoming mindset. The food is affordably priced, constantly tasty and neat.

Awesome Chinese restaurant in the Tamiami Kendall area I take out sometimes. But i order a lot for delivery. Very friendly customer service and the food is always fresh. This is a small cozy place next to a Peruvian restaurant and subway but if you want to eat tgere you can. They have 3 tables to sit down and eat but its self service.:)
