Not your typical Chinese restaurant. I always say if you have to wait on the food, it's because they're making it fresh and that's exactly how it tastes! I ordered bourbon Chicken, pork fried rice, and wonton soup. I waited about fifteen minutes for the meal and it was WELL worth it. The egg roll was perfect also. Might come in to sit down and eat one day!

Walked in to order and she rolled her eyes when I said it wasn't online order pick up and says welllll it'll be at least an hour wait. I sat here looking at the menu not a single person came in or out in 15 minutes and not a single person was eating inside. But she was sitting on her boyfriend's lap in the corne of the public lobby. I don't think they were busy I think they didn't wanna work and had other obvious priorities. Rude. I'll never bother coming back. Embarrassing the service that represents our area.

Tried this China restaurant about a year ago. The place kind of smelled off but I wrote it off as maybe they were cleaning or something. Just went back last night and swelled like sewer water, I would have walked out at that moment but food was already ordered, food was absolutely disgusting. Even the Noodles overcooked but mostly I couldn't get past the way it the restaurant smelled

Would not recommend this place especially with so many other places within walking distance.

I ordered through door dash and they forgot something. They were rude when I spoke to them and said they remember putting it in the bag. Why would I then choose to drive all the way there after paying a $13 tip if it was in the bag. Then I get here and they said ohhh. I thought you said you weren’t coming. I made it extremely clear I was coming down. I even told them I had to get dressed… seriously. So now I am waiting for the food and giving this review. And NO compensation just RUDE

You can only place an online order, I place the $80 order, delivery time 2 1/2 hours. I’m locked in with no option to cancel, absolutely ridiculous!

I’ve been picking up from this place for about 2 years now. Love the food and the portions they give. My go-to is the sesame chicken with rice.

For those leaving bad reviews over delivery through 3rd party apps, you should consider visiting the store instead. You’ll get your food fresh instead of having to wait an additional 45min to an hour after the food has been made. This isn’t the restaurants fault.

Our first time. Immediately wow’d by the portions. I have never had chicken portions this large. Only criticism was the sweet and sour sauce.

Greeted by strong sewer odor upon entering front door, then the tough gristle chicken that followed did not vacate the stench.
C+ is generous due to limited fresh vegetables, overused plastic silverware, and damaging to environmental Styrofoam containers.

Edit: So after reading the response from the business, and dealing with GrubHub customer support, they redelivered my order. Which was the same order they gave to the wrong driver, then was brought back to the store after being god knows where, and redelivered to me. Glad I paid so much for what was supposed to be hot, fresh, quick service.

Will never make the mistake of ordering from this place again. I placed an order through GrubHub. It was quoted to be 30-40 minutes. An HOUR AND A HALF later, I got a notification that my order had been delivered. There was nothing there. So I called the driver, and he said the restaurant gave my order to the wrong person and I needed to call them. I tried to call them, but just got a Verizon error message repeatedly.

Do NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE, THEY DO NOT DESERVE YOUR BUSINESS! I HAVE NEVER BEEN SO APPALLED BY THE CUSTOMER SERVICE, OR LACK THERE OF! THEY FORGOT TO PUT AN ORDER OF RIBS IN THE BAG, WHEN I CALLED BACK FIRST A WOMEN ARGUED WITH ME, TELLING ME I WAS WRONG TO CHECK THE BAG AGAIN, WENT BACK AND FOURTH TREATED ME AS IF I WAS STUPID, THEN THE MAN GOT ON AND DID THE SAME THING! WAS BEYOND RUDE! THEY WOULD NOT TAKE RESONSIBILITY, THEY BLAMED THE DOOR DASH DRIVER, WHICH IS A SHAME, A YOUNG KID. WE COULD TELL THE BAG AND THE BOXES WERE NOT OPENED AND TO BLAME A YOUNG KID TRYING TO MAKE A LIVING INSTEAD OF TAKING RESPONSIBILITY AND APOLOGIZING, IT IS BEYOND DISGUSTING. I AM BEYOND DISGUSTED WITH THEIR BEHAVIOR AND THIS WHOLE SITUATION. SHAME ON YOU GUYS, AND MaKe NO MISTAKE THIS IS THE RIGHT LOCATION!

The food, service, and time estimates have significantly improved and I really enjoyed my last couple of orders!

I am Mexican and I have been eating Chinese food for 25 years, and I have learned to distinguish when a food is good and for me this is one of the best, good food, good service and good price.

Let me start by saying, this is where we usually go for Chinese food and it's usually alright.
Tonight however, the food was terrible! Not sure what's going on there but we won't be back! We love hot & sour soup but dumped it down the drain, terrible! My husband waited there for an hour (not what I'm complaining about). But when I unpacked our order, it was missing the other meal. For some reason they hadn't included both meals in his charge, so he paid for the two meals separately. I called to tell them we were missing the sesame chicken, they said we could come get it and I said "NO" he's been there for an hour! I just wanted a refund on that order or something. She argued with me saying over and over again that she put it in the bag! Her customer service is lacking, especially being the owner. She apparently has enough business, so she doesn't care if she loses ours. I just want to let people know so they will check their order before leaving her establishment. I don't like to leave bad reviews because everyone is allowed to have a bad day. But she should have tried to make things right with me instead of insisting she put it in the bag!

We always choose this family owned business because the food is good and it’s in our neighborhood. We’ve been really disappointed the last 2 times we ordered. Once there was a large puppy running around the restaurant including the kitchen where they prepare the food. Most recently our order took an hour and a half (feeding my young children at 8: 00pm), and the young ladies in the front are very unprofessional. Always on the phone, playing with music in the dining area, eating with their hands in front of customers then touching bags and silverware. I honestly believe this is a lovely family with a good restaurant, they just need to make a few changes.

I adore this place so much, and honestly don't know how I've not done a review sooner. The food started out amazing, but over the couple of years I've had it, the quality has actually improved. Meat is always moist, and their sauces are the best around. I really recommend their house lo mein. The only complaint I can possibly think of is that their sweet and sour chicken could be crispier, but honestly it's still good too.
