Chipotle Mexican Grill, Lake Worth Beach FL

Would like a manager to call me. They have to get their workers to answer the phone. I’ve lost my money and my patience after the 6th phone call.

Always love me some Chipotle. The only thing you have to make them slow down just a tad bit so you don't forget everything you want in your bowl or wrap. Otherwise Yummo Bucko!

This location honestly is the worst. I be found plastic in my food twice, so has my cousin. They never pick up the phone or have a manager to discuss. They get the order completely wrong if ordered online & now they’re using side sauce containers to serve rice.my large chip bag barely had chips in it. Idk who owns this location but it’s a 0 compared to the others.

I LOVE CHIPOTLE. This is such a wonderful place to get something to eat that is delicious. There are so many varieties of things you can mix and match with. On top of that everything is freshly made and piping hot so it makes for a nice lunch or dinner. The staff is very friendly and efficient in making things go smoothly that way you can get your food quicky. I think this is the one place I could eat at forever and never get tired.

Used to be a great location but recently I have been disappointed- the chicken was not bussin.it was dry and the rice was undercooked, bro how do you mess up rice.the redemption for this chipotle is that the chips were above average

I order from chipotle regularly, but every time I order from here there is always a problem with the order. The food is always good but tonight I ordered and they forgot every side like Guacamole, the salsas, and etc.pick a different chipotle. Your welcome.

Ordered on line for pick up and my order was not even made. Although it was taken care of immediately. It was just disappointing

Ordered via uber eats, my driver was outside the restaurant for 30 minutes, and the food wasnt done even being prepared.tried calling to ask why, phone rang for 5 minutes without anyone picking it up

This location used to be great. The last handful of times I've ordered through the app in the last 3 or so months they've gotten my order wrong or theres been some sort of issue. Usually its forgetting the extra guac, or 3/4 of my steak being all fatty gristly pieces that shouldve been thrown out but made its way into the pan to serve instead, but this time I got some other meat (looks like chicken but tastes like pork?) and they added beans. I don't know if they got new staff or what, but I'm starting to not trust app ordering. I feel like I have to be there watching them to make sure they get it right. Luckily corporate Chipotle has great customer service to make upset customers happy, but whats the point if the problem doesn't get resolved? Very disappointing.

Friendly faces (masked) make me the best Chipotle burrito bowl I could ask for! My go-to for a quick, filling, hot, fresh and healthy meal! What's not to love? I only wish they had a spicier topping.

After seeing a chipotle commercial I had to order a bowl.it was only right being I haven’t had one in a while.boy was I glad I did. It arrived to my door 10 mins after placing my order nice, warm and very presentable. Never have a problem when I order from here. Thank you!

Only one complaint, chips tend to be stale quite often at this location. Other than that they do a great job getting what you want fast.

So we’ve eaten here for a while, and it used to be really good; however, being a vegan, I began to notice that (often times) when we would order, I would find bits of meat in the sofritas. I wouldn’t eat it, for obvious reasons, and I wouldn’t want a replacement because I wouldn’t want to risk getting sick from cross contamination again. We gave them one more try tonight after months of not ordering, and, no surprise, there was a large amount of beef in the sofritas bowl. There were also various other things in our meals - pinto beans we didn’t order, fajitas that we didn’t order, etc.it’s just obvious that they don’t care about cross contamination or allergy necessities here. Be careful.

I normally really enjoy Chipotle. I am vegetarian so order the Veggie Burrito. I ordered from this location on Saturday and I was shocked to discover Chicken inside my veggie Burrito. I am vegetarian and I was really upset to discover that I had eaten Chicken I also ended up with a stomach ache due to the fact I have not eaten meat in over 20 years! I contacted Chipotle to inform them of the food quality issue at hand and they issued me a refund which was I was grateful for.

Vegetarians should use caution when eating here.

I was just in this chipotle- 2 customers where blatantly not wearing a face covering at all. Talked to manager he states he can’t make them wear a mask. He must be kidding right? That’s pretty outrageous considering the time we are in.

Ordered a salad online and had it delivered to my job for lunch and they forgot the dressing that is supposed to come with the salad!

First time I have been to this location, it's has great food. Great portions. Just hate the parking. But that's no reflection on Chipotle. Great place

Got a carne asada bowl with a Nantucket nectar. My first time visiting this location but they hit it spot on! Great service and friendly staff. Will be back again!
