If your system is down or you have issues taking order I suggest you to let the customers know with a sign on the door instead of making them wait outside or trying to figure out what’s going at the door

I come here because it’s the closest chipotle but every time I’m disappointed. It’s consistently really bad. The steak and chicken is always dry and flavorless. They underscoop the meat and the chips are never not stale. It’s not worth it at all. I can’t even express how bad everything tastes. I feel dumb for even trying to go back. These people will never have my business again.

Best chipotle in the area. Both service and food are exceptional. Any other chipotles in the area are garbage

The people here have the worst attitudes and do not know how to do their jobs. The girl doing toppings with blue tips on her braids was so slow there was a buildup of bowls in line and gave everyone the deadest look. The girl at the register had a horrible tone of voice and rung up my order wrong. When I asked why I was charged for salsa, which I have never been charged for, she said that’s how it is. I have been going to chipotle for a long time and have never been charged for salsa. These employees are either barely trained or chipotle is so desperate for employees they don’t care.

This location does not offer items without hot spicy sauce so your burrito would come out tasting like a flame of fire. Would Reasonable and more efficient if more items did not include the hot sauce already and it was left to the customer to add The sauce to taste.

Went in and only 1 person on line. Speaker blaring rap music throughout restaurant. Manager looked high and was scratching his beard over food. Watched employee put gloves on without washing hands. Very dirty and almost everything empty. Walked out of line.

Horrible Service. Ive been standing up waiting for then to take my order and nobody helped me for 5 mins

If you want to wait more than an hour in line for mediocre food, this is a great place for you.

I don't usually post reviews but if I had a hundred Stars I would give all of them to this specific Chipotle. The staff are very nice, it seems like they do their best to give the best service they can and the food is always good.

I visited this location with my son and daughter for lunch. The cleanliness inside was poor and there was food all over the floor and the tables and no one seem to be cleaning up. Upon checkout I was shorted $5 for my change which the employee was happy to give me but offered no apology for the mistake. My daughter had purchased a bowl and we were eating in the store but they had no Forks to eat the food with which they did not mention at the time that we ordered a bowl. Overall very disorganized and dirty establishment. Be aware. A real shame because my experience at Chipotle has always been very good.

I have never made a review of any restaurant but I think this is disgusting. I ordered a chicken quesadilla from this location and when I went to eat the second half I found a hair stuck to the cheese.
