Chipotle Mexican Grill, Vero Beach FL

If you are of African American descent, you will be treated differently here (like you are nothing). I'm at my wits end and cooperate is not handle them well. Some of the employees are extremely rude and act like the customer is wrong for wanting more than a teaspoon of veggies and side items. We pay so much for the food, we should be able to not receive kid portions. I cannot wait for Vero to open more healthier restaurants.

Cleanliness was poor, tried to order food that had little to no spice. As i made the requests, asked if an item was spicy and was told no. It must have been the lettuce that was spicy because I couldnt eat my order.

I ordered the bowl they have and loved it! I had everything available except the guacamole (they charge $2.50 extra and Im cheap, lol). Loved it

Been coming here for years. Gets worse every time. A new one needs to be opened. Some staff is kind and friendly. Some rolls their eyes when a question is asked and needs an attitude adjustment. Probably late time I visit.

What a joke. 5: 30pm on a Saturday, not busy. No lines but yet they are "out" of a lot of items. Had to adjust what we wanted. Then when we get our cups for drinks they are out of Tea. Asked about getting them filled, no one was interested in helping. One person just said tea takes 20 min. To make.

Employees acted like doing their job was to much work, complete with loud ugh and uhh utterances. Queso all on the vegan chorizo too. If you have food allergies don't eat here, if your vegan don't eat here, if you are looking for a pleasant interaction with staff then don't eat here.

Great staff, great food.but parts of my order was incorrect. Thankfully, there is very good customer service online and they managed this problem well (as always). This is a nice chipotle in a great location, but it is smaller than most Chipotle's, so I recommend take out more than dine in at this location.try the new chorizo!

This location has been getting worse and worse each year. No one can roll a burrito to save their life which is kinda their job and all. They’ll either break it or have all the filling coming out and not even attempt to fix it. They just wrap it in foil like it’ll all just work out and disappear. Then when you tell them to re-wrap it, they stare at you like deer in headlights as if they didn’t just try to hand you a pile of SLOP wrapped in foil. DO NOT order a burrito online. You will get 1/2 the normal size because they can get away with putting next to nothing in there just so it’s easier to wrap. You have to be standing there watching them make your food. Pathetic!

Love Chipotle and Ive been to 50 of them. This one is by far the worst based on my experience today. No one was in front of me or even at the store but I still had to wait a few minutes for anyone to take my order. Finally someone did and she sloppily threw stuff into my burrito and skimped on the meat. Hopefully not the norm here!

It’s appalling that they have employees here who are making the food without wearing a mask!

Friendly staff that is on the ball with orders. They do a great job even when the place is packed. Restaurant and bathrooms are clean.

Chicken bowl 1/4 scoop chicken, 1/4 beans, 1/2 scoop rice salsa full scoop. Brisket bowl half scoop rice, 1/4 scoop brisket, beans not even 1/4 scoop, full scoop salsa, two bad chips $30.00 had to argue with the they said double brisket. They did refund $5 dollars and change? Seen more thrown in trash can than what they was sailing shame. They is to be a great place!

Entire staff was amazing. I walked in unexpectedly for an order for 16 people. It was a last minute decision and I felt bad to even have had to do this. I usually order online catering, but time ran out and I had to decide quickly. Kaylee and Michael expedited my order in a timely manner amd we’re very helpful. And actually all employees there were friendly and helped with the order. All hands on deck. Thank you chipotle VERO BEACH!

Whenever me and my family order online the food is almost always cold and they always mess up one or more orders. Go to Chronic taco in the same plaza. They got better service and will actually serve you a hot meal.

One of my favorite places to eat. Friendly staff. My co-workers and I eat here probably 2 or 3 times a week. Well, we did. Here's the problem. If you order on line your portions are way small. Ridiculously small. But if you stand in line, Nice big portions, You get what you pay for. I don't understand this. Also, why do you keep taking away the good stuff? Your Carne Asada steak. Then you brought in the delicious Brisket and I see its no longer on the menu? OMG. Don't take away the Brisket! The steak you have now has a weird taste and is always fatty. I end up throwing away more then I eat. IDK, We may have to find a new favorite place.
