Chipotle Mexican Grill, Coral Springs FL

Ordered ahead for pick up and had to go to counter to get it with 5 other ordered sitting there instead on on shelves by the door off pickup orders. Always our customer service at this location. The manager said it's because they are one of the busiest stores.

Not the best service or food. The staff could use some retraining especially when they get busy. They don’t use the takeout shelves, and the ETA I was given was about 15 minutes off. The idea is to go in at the time that the email says and pick up the food, not to have to stand around waiting.

This use to be a great location, I went there this evening and I did not have Internet. The staff was extremely rude. A few days prior the manager told me the card system was down and the sign said short staffed order online, They asked me to place my order online i told them I did not have Internet access they said online only, i said not everyone has online and its not a fair practice. They got very mean but offered to "write down my order". I said thank you and apologized for saying it was a discriminatory practice which somehow triggered her be be even meaner, another employee told me to leave over and over, I asked them to stop being rude that there's no reason for us to be mean to each other i was hungry and concerned they would not take my order. It got worse after that. I was refused service for cash. I would have recorded it if i did and posted it immediately. Also they shortchange in this location since the banks went to appointment only and never fixed it. I will be trying to file a complaint with the AG. The saddest thing was seeing a few employees that realized what they witnessed in their place of work.

Chipotle never seems to amaze me. I decided to eat here because of my daughter. And of course the only thing I asked extra for was chicken, almost $4 extra and they gave me less than what they normally would put. Maybe because it was Uber eats and I was not physically there to babysit them as they made my plate. Chipotle is terrible, you guys ROB people for there money!

This was originally the last of the good Chipotles that don't get shut down for health violations and off quality food offerings. However now its plaqued by horrible service and rude staff. I hope corporate gets this store's act together as I grew up with Chipotle. I'd hate for them to go out of business.

Always order in person here but had to order online this time. Terrible, i ordered 2 completely different orders but revived the same order twice. Also, (the reason why i order in person) is because every time i order online the add barely anything. The fill the bowl half way.

My kids love chipotle we come to here 2 a week they love the rice also kids menu quesadilla and rice you also have with that pranje aple juice everything less than 5 dollars

I’ve been to this chipotle several times and there’s always been slight problems that I’ve just over looked like bad tasting food or delay. However, two days ago I order online and I picked it up and there were no chips so I had to get a refund. I started eating my simple bowl with rice beans and chicken and I found something that looked like a finger nail so I didn’t eat anymore and just threw it away. The next day (yesterday) I woke up and it turns out I have something along the lines of food poisoning. Anyway, this isn’t something I can over look especially because chipotle has been off their game for the last couple of months.

So disappointing. I ordered the new brisket in a bowl, it came so little food and the “brisket”, my impression was someone’s leftovers, I will never ever order again!

Horrible the lady served my bold for to go leave my food put away take care in other customer when I’m complain not one do anything customer service is the horrible never again stop by in this location people just don’t have respect.

Worst online order ever! We order 4 bowls, none of them was made correctly, and very small portions, one chips order missing! Then we tried to call to make a complain and nobody available to speak.this order was 71 $, and being honest didn't worth even 50$$. This is the worst Chipotle location i have ever meet. 1 Star just because i have to click it, because really don't deserve it

I placed an online order today, 1 chicken burrito bowl and 1 asada burrito bowl. When my order "ARRIVED" I felt the bag really lite. When I opened the plates I only found a "spoonful of chicken" in one plate and a "spoonful of asada" on the other plate. NO TORTILLA, NO RICE, NO BEANS, NOTHING ELSE! The sad part is the price you pay for this service. It was lunchtime for my husband before going back to work and I had to do something quick at home because of their inability to do a simple order correctly. First time ordering from this Chipotle. NEVER AGAIN

Went there to get a bowl and system was down. “order online only” was the cartel outside. I said ok. I don’t usually order online, but I’ll do it. I picked up my order, and went home. Finally open my bowl to eat it and there weren’t no beans and corn. I’m mad. Still eat it cause and hungry, but it doesn’t taste the same…

The service was fine. The establishment was clean. I ve gone to another that was very upsetting. So I said I was not going tho them anymore. This place changed my mind.

Inconsistent. When 1 or 2 lousy employees ruin it for the whole restaurant its indicative of a management/leadership problem.
