Chipotle Mexican Grill, Sarasota FL

I had the brisket bowl and it was delicious. I should be able to get three or four meals out of that. Looking forward to eating there again.

The food was great. The line a bit long but it went fast. Always love Chipotle.especially if my son is buying!

This location is online only right now from the sign in the door. You can still pick up inside but no placing orders inside.

Always get the order wrong and always out of basic necessities for chipotle. Go next door to Tijuana Flats, you'll at least get a real burrito.

Worst Place to order food from. They charge full amount for items they are out of and won’t even inform you about it. If asked for a refund, they rudely reply to contact the customer service number. What a nightmare…

How are you going to have no tortillas? Brought my pregnant wife since its the closest chipotle, wont do it again.

This places needs to be shut down. It is the worst chipotle, slow, always out of stuff. 45 min waits. But this tops them all a disgusting fingernail in my burrito. How does this happen? And no its not rice didn't order that. It is a fingernail didn't discover it until i felt it in my mouth. Make me puke!

Ordered online takeout, picked it up, later turned out it didn't have rice & cheese. Brought it back, clearly see that there's rice & cheese available there.

I said "You forgot rice & cheese".

Server responded, matter-of-factly: "Oh, it's just that we probably didn't have those items at the time of the order. "

Couldn't wait a minute? Beautiful. Simply beautiful.

The food is disgusting missing ingredients for the second time. Can someone please look into this location.

Line out the door, staff over whelmed with online orders left everyone waiting for over 30 minutes. This is premium price for food and not an excellent experience. The staff ended up closing the store after we got our food cause they ran out. I don't fault the staff they did their best, but management needs to work on the quality issues and staff up.

The times I have ordered online I have had to wait more than 40min. DO NOT ORDER AT THIS LOCATION! I WILL NOT ORDER IN THIS CHIPOTLE AGAIN, IT IS THE WORST THAT EXISTS. 3 people in the front, 1 in the cashier, 3 in the Online area and 3 in the kitchen. ALL ORDERS DELAYED BECAUSE THEY START TALKING AND WASTE TIME. THAT'S WHERE YOU REALIZE THAT THE BOSS IS NOT STRICT AND THE EMPLOYEES DO WHAT THEY WANT. THE WORST CHIPOTLE!

Aside from the 5 customers in front of me rolling their eyes searching for employees and complaining about the wait, the staff was so flustered and busy they distracted me from remembering what I needed to order. Then there was no silverware to eat my meal with and the self serve area was a wreck. The annoyance towards the staff was palpable while the 3 workers on the floor were busting their butts and doing their best.

This company understaffs while chipotle just released their 3rd quarter revenue increase of 21.9% to $2.0 billion; Comparable to other restaurant sales increase of 15.1%. I wouldn’t want to deal w the costumers I was in line w for the minimal pay this company offers its true money makers. Pay more and treat your employees better and customers and employees experiences wouldn’t be so awful.

Constantly out of toppings. I order in the app and I don’t find out till i after I payed that they don’t have it. The staff is a bunch of kids with no professional whatsoever. I mean it’s owned by McDonald’s so I can’t expect much but still.

The line went out the door. Only one person working the line. They don't understand English. I spoke Spanish and she didn't understand me because I got the wrong meat. Went to pay and had to swipy card various times. They're super slow. They need more employees. Would not eat at this place again

Out of black beans. Otherwise a great place to eat. What's up with cash only? I haven't carried cash in a long time.

Visiting Sarasota. Missing the warm weather already. Chipolte was a quick stop and always delivers great tasting food.

This is by far the WORSE chipotle location Ever! They NEVER have everything. Always out of stuff by 7pm and let you wait in the line until you get up there to tell you they are out of cheese/ Guacamole/ Sour cream or anything else. The work station is Always disgusting and their chips are ALWAYS Stale! Just a Terrible location, and it’s a shame because the food is soo good. Oh they skimp on their portions as well!

The workers here are moving so fast and working so hard I hope they are being paid well for their efforts! They are very polite even though they are clearly overwhelmed. Pay people fair wages!

The amount of employees sitting down & chatting with friends is baffling. There is always a lobby full of customers waiting to be served & the MANAGERS refuse to work. This is awful. The last couple of years this chipotle has gone downhill in quality of employees and food. What a shame.
