Chipotle Mexican Grill, Daytona Beach FL

This is the dirtiest and worst run Chipotle I’ve ever been to.
- The counter was disgustingly dirty with rice and sauce and food smeared all over.
- Food looked old and dry.
- Grease, sauce and oil were splattered all over the backside of the serving glass.
- The staff were arguing with each other.
- The cooktop looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in days.
- They were out of coins so couldn’t give me back proper change.
- And they were out of forks and knives.
I genuinely felt concerned about the safety and quality of the food and wished I had not supported this embarrassing Chipotle location. Get it together so you can give your customers some confidence and service were used to with most Chipotle locations.

Love the portions that they give you they are not afraid to share! Suuuper fast and will always be one of my go to’s.

Used grubhub to order when I got my food it was hard as a rock dry and unable to eat. When you can't bite into a tortilla which I ordered the chicken quesadilla then you know it's bad.

Came into the store on December 16th & ordered a chicken & steak bowl (double). When I went to check out my order was almost $20 for just the bowl, as a long time customer and former employee I felt as though the price was a bit high. When I brought it to the cashier’s attention he said “I just work here, I don’t make the prices”. I paid & when I got home I double checked the receipt cause I just knew something wasn’t right. & it wasn’t, i was charged for TRIPLE meat instead of double! I put my claim in on the chipotle app but even after almost a month later, no one has reached out to me to rectify the issue. I will not be returning to this location.

This is a really disgusting location. Between the unkempt employees, burrito made with 4 huge scoops of sour cream and 4 huge scoops of Pico (wth?), there was so much old food on the prep table & floors I can’t decide which detail made me want to vomit more. The woman working folded a sitting out pc of lettuce and a single dried up black bean into the foil while rolling the burrito - the lettuce actually fell out a little and she stuffed it back in! Why? ! I was so hungry I sat down, opened my food… thought about the gross girl making it, how much the burrito was just sour cream and Pico, and that crusty gross surprise black bean in my no bean burrito was going to pop up somewhere …. And just got up and dumped it in the overfull trash can.

I think I won’t be back in any chipotle for a while this was so so gross.

I kind of been wanting to speak on this location for a minute very much in-habitual conditions it really needs to be like shut down & renovated from the floors to like the back area & trash when you walk in it’s just so filthy to me like I prefer LPGA location very clean & welcoming this location really gross me out I just see germs everywhere yuck they need to have a more clean environment it’s just look very messy & chaotic if I was a health inspector I would close it down.

Wish they had onions and bell peppers but supply chain issues but my veggie salad bowl was excellent.

Foods good when they have it but it's always a shortage on veggies they rarely have corn or queso dip preped they need to either get more supplies or hire ppl who actually give af to prep food my experience at this location absolutely sucked.

WORST chipotle I’ve ever had…. Great customer service however the food wasn’t fresh, chicken burnt, and overall taste didn’t taste like any other chipotle. I’ve also heard bad rumors about this restaurant location.

We have been there three times this week because my son eats the no meat option so Fritos all three times they were either out of it or I wouldn't have fed it to my cat and they just say sorry we only make it once a day

Service was terrible. I have a dairy allergy, and I asked nicely to try not to get any cheese in my bowl and the lady did not even let me get that out. Found multiple pieces of cheese

They just really don't care how long they take. Not the cleanest of the chain stores. The one by Tanger is better.

Always always always running out of vinaigrette. I asked "why they don't have any all the time, does the opening manager not care to prep enough for the day" I got told "no customers ask for too much". So instead of charging for it or prepping extra since you know customers are gonna "order too much" they just run out.well jokes on them I only eat there food with vinaigrette so when they don't have it I don't buy it (btw you don't know if they have any till the end of the line)

The past three times I’ve been they have been out of quac… kinda ridiculous!
This is the LAST time I’ll be going to this location. I ordered a kids meal and they asked what meat and I said I wanted quac instead of meat and he said okay. I picked my other sides and got to the end where they told me they were out of quac.don’t you think you should have told me when I mentioned I wanted quac instead of meat? Plus they were out of peppers and onions.

The chipotle on international has a terrible employee. She is Caucasian girl about 5’5 with black hair. She normally wears a black visor, black apron and has black hair. Big purple android always in her back left pocket. Has a body built like an iPhone. She has opened both Saturday and Sunday Nov 5th and 6th 2022. She is extremely rude, has poor communication skills and always skimps my food. Body shaped like a wisdom tooth. She makes my bowls fit to satisfy a 2 year old. I’m not looking for a happy meal. Fill my bowl up (especially when i tell you I’ll pay whatever it costs). Remove her from the food lines. Put her in the back somewhere she doesn’t have to interact with customers. She is going to be the cause of your business plummeting if you allow her to continue treating your customers as such. When she put the rice at the bottom of my bowl i can literally see half of the paper bottom of my bowl. When i addressed her about it she complained and ignored the fact that i said i would pay to have her fill my bowl correctly. If i could rate your restaurant 0 stars i would…on account of her. Moving forward let’s do better and make better choices on who you put out in front to serve your loyal paying customers. Maybe move her to cleaning detail like mopping. It would be an upgrade for us customers if you put someone else up there on the front lines serving us our food. Someone with sense, manners, good customer service skills and communication skills. So literally anyone that’s not her.

Friendly people helping you with your orders, I had car trouble and the manager went out of his way to help. The food was awesome and will not break you to eat there.

Perfect mexican food that can satisfy your taste buds and the associates were friendly and quick. Didn’t wait for longer to get food and they maintain good cleanliness and hygiene

Worst Chipotle I have ever been to. Ordered online and when I got home they gave me. 3 of a portion even on the items I ordered extra of. The rice was hard and not cooked fully. Please view the photo attached for context. When I had to inconveniently came back to get a new bowl they tried giving me dry pasty pinto beans and were side eying me and extremely unapologetic. If I was considering ordering at this Chipotle I would look else where and spend your money elsewhere.

No onions and bell peppers seems to be the theme in a lot of these reviews. Our visit was no different. They had no onions/bell peppers, no tea, no napkins stocked, no one seemed enthused to be working there. Dirty tables in a near empty restaurant, Luke warm and bland food. Never again.
