Chipotle Mexican Grill, Boynton Beach FL

I have eaten at Chipotle many times over the years and don’t think I can anymore. I do like the food, but they all seem dirty. I am amazed they pass any inspections. Don’t believe me look around next time you are in there. Often dirty tables, dirty floors, dirty sticky beverage centers, staffed by unfriendly and indifferent workers standing around.

I recently, Saturday April 22: 2023 at about 3PM, stopped here for a quick taco. After being rushed, by someone more interested in their phone, and feeling like I was ordering in a grade school lunch line parody, I purchased a single taco, side of guacamole, and some chips and was asked annoyingly if that was it? Yes, not all Americans eat huge portions and need a 3000 calorie burrito or three tacos. I paid and walked around to find a seat, cleaned my own table, as did a few other customers, was harassed by flys, ate and left as quickly as I could. On the way out as I disposed of my trash, the receptacle was over flowing. While all of this was occurring, the staff behind the counter, who was not busy, were talking, on phones, and could not have cared less at all. I have had similar experience and observations the last few visits to different locations. The taco, chips, and guacamole were average. Not bad, not good. Think it would have tasted better if the place wasn’t so disgusting and the people working nicer and cared about helping customers. Maybe the store gets better with AI and automation…. One can only hope, until that day I am done here.

Are you kidding me? My food was DISGUSTING. You literally left a huge chunk of avocado in my burrito with the PIT STILL INSIDE. That is absolutely outrageous. This place should be shut down. I will never, ever eat here again.

I order a bowl with rice, beans, and steak and I'm always disappointed that the steak has so much fat, and you can't chew it! Every other bite that you take, your spitting out fat chunks. I watched the kid at chipotle chopping it up behind the counter and he never trimmed the fat! Everything went into the bowl. I'm done with this place.

Very dirty location. My son counted 7 flies while we ate in the neighboring table. The guy making food stuck his finger in our food to make sure it wasn’t cold in a passive aggressive manner. Watched same food prep guy eating behind counter while working. Pretty gross experience. Board of health should pay a visit.

Filthy counters food mixed in with each other. So unappetizing I walked out never too return

First time trying Chipotle. I ordered online and the location they suggested me as the closest one was actually 30 minutes away and there was other restaurants nearby, and I didn't double check (which is my fault). I tried to call them multiple times to cancel the order and it they never answered. At some point it was saying that my order was ready and I tried to call them again to keep it warm but no answer. They might have been busy but when I arrived, they were all chatting together and it wasn't busy at all. Of course, my meal was cold and there was barely any steak in it. If only they would have picked up the phone. Not a great experience.

Manager a younge black women gave me half the ingredients half a scoop of meat. I asked for more she walked away from me I stand there waiting she tells someone else to do it still doesn't give me what I'm asking for charges me for steak when I get chicken so I ask for her name calmly she ignores me I ask other staff they tell me it's none on my business! Are u kidding me w these people! This chipotle is the worse its a new staff every time I go there just so hot cold sometimes it's great other times u get half what u pay for and get additude then as I'm walking out she calls me Karen. This location needs to get its stuff together fast!

Steak was very very fatty and not even 1 scoop of steak it was a half scoop the portions here suck. Chipotle if your going to raise your prices considerably you better give more food not less or at least 1 scoop. Waited about 5 mins to get served. Not the most energetic people I've been served to but the place was very clean and peaceful. I would try again for a better experience

* Went back a 2nd time 2 person in line took about 10 mins to get served. VERY SMALL portions for a bowl. MAYBE a half a scoop for rice and half a scoop of steak. Employees don't say hello or greet you. Every single peice of steak I got is disgustingly fatty. Won't be coming back to this location. Seems like quality is down but price is WAY up.

The behind counter, where the people make the bowls, was a hot mess. I don't think they clean it at all until the end of day. Food was everywhere. Food was good. Just could not get past the messiness.

MUST READ Went in today MAY 26,2022 staff was beyond rude place is dirty trash overflowing bathroom gross but I could get over that if the food was worth it but NOT a chance at this location! They gave half scoop of meat, then up charged me for the whole scoop I tried to just get on with it but could hear the staff and Manger laughing talking about me while I was checking out because I simply asked for what I was paying for. The kids all started talking laughing one pulled out her phone and took my Photo while I was eating. I'm sure I'm on someone's tiktok just for asking nicely for the correct portion of meat I paid for. NEVER AGAIN

Looks like they put everyone on a diet. The portion for the bowls have been cut in half, but the price is the same. Ridiculous!

I’ve noticed the price increase on the salads which is understandable however I also noticed a lot of fat on the beef it’s not lean most of my dish had so much fat I had to pick at the food if your going to raise the price it’s fine but Keep the Quality of the meat and don’t substitute with fat.
