Food was good, service was friendly, cashier was super high and sweating like crazy, every table was filthy, the floor was grimy like Crico oil, and the restrooms didn't have toilet paper. That is all.

WORST location! Can I just say don’t order after the sun goes down… they’ll give u the scraps and it looks and taste disgusting and sad. Every single bowl we had was wrong and missing every item. My bowl for example… was rice and guac with legit 5 précis’s of chicken.my husbands bowl came with rice and guac AND THAT WAS IT. Our friends bowl missing half they’re items. Is this location really that lazy to get up and make more items and ingredients? Rice and guac ONLY is not ideal. New management ASAP. They have to know this is disgusting. If I have to make my own chicken and corn and salsa and all the other ingredients to put in my friends and husbands bowl. There’s an issue here… we’ll take the scraps at the end of the night because ur staff is too lazy to make more food thanks. We’ll also take our money and business somewhere else. Unreal. BTW this isn’t the first time.our friends said the same thing. And we’ve personally had this experience as well. Clearly looking at the reviews we’re not the only ones.

I can't taste the food since I didn't get to eat there. The cashier informed me that they are currently only taking cash orders as their card machine was down. That was how I was planning to pay as I don't normally carry cash. Very disappointed!

Edited - I noticed that when the "management"wrote back, there was no indication that they were sorry for the inconvenience or any sign of remorse that I had had that experience. I think they need an intervention by someone that knowns the market and the business. Please!?

The food was awful the service was awful the chips were stale. The meat was dry what little of it they gave you. The corn salsa and sour cream was freezing cold. It was like eating out of a refrigerator. Honestly I will never go back. With so many other options for Mexican food or food like this why would I go to this very subpar example of cuisine

I'll never put money into this restaurant again. This is the second time I've Door Dashed from them and they skimped on the ingredients. They gave me half a bowl while I paid full price with my hard earned money. Never again.

Walked in to eat lunch. Ordered my bowl, get to the checkout to pay. Cash only.what if you don't have cash, than order through the app. I don't have the app. They threw my order in the trash. There was a sign on the small door, NOT THE DOUBLE DOORS!

Delivery order placed on mobile app, bag came full of bugs. Location won’t answer their phone. Young children without dinner after waiting almost an hour.

*** Update ***
Spoke with Chipotle, after a run around they insisted I should’ve taken photographs of said bugs instead of removing order from my location. As such, they are calling us “lairs” and not making this situation right. Terrible company, terrible location. It’s not about the money, it’s about educating the location and company of a possible health issue.

This place is a filthy mess. Very unsanitary. I told one of the workers that there was a hair in the bowl while he was making the bowl. The areas where they make your bowl was unclean, and a mess. I walked out. No, Thank you!

HORRIBLE management. Paid $13.60 for the new steak and they put very few meat on half of the burrito.asked to speak with the branch owner, and the manager just answered they are a corporate, showed me a little cup saying this is how much meat you get and she said I could get more meat if I paid more. I wouldn't eat half of a burrito with rice and beans and veggies only.the food was super dry as well.rice crunchy. NOT WORTH IT, they're charging same as a GOOD restaurant. YOU ARE BETTER OFF going to a mexican restaurant and get real portion worth of your money!

SORRY, my lunch time was ruined and ended working hungry. I already gave a chance when I spoke with the branch manager who refused to say who was the ownerthe location by saying it is a nation wide corporate.manager didn't offer anything to fix but for me to pay extra OR eat the rest of my burrito as it was (basically that's what it means when you can't fix the problem).

I did raise my voice to the other customers to let them know of the situation.

This place is miserable. Everytime I come here to this location the employees are miserable the food is a disaster and sloppy. Like guac all over the container, rip a giant hole in the burrito and pretend it didn't happen, either double wrap it or start over. It's a shame this location is the one I live by. Because I love the food. But over the past 2 years there's a problem everytime here. Will not be back

Second time I’ve been here and both times they’re been out of the fajita veggies when I ordered ahead, and they don’t offer to replace it with anything but they do leave a note on the bag to let you know they’re out of stock.

Good meal. Chipotle needs to work on consistency and quality control. Always out of ingredients, something is always overcooked, or the drink machine doesn't work, or the credit card machine doesn't work. It's always something, even this trip.

This place has quickly become the laughing stock of all Chipotle's. Literally left because the line wasn't moving & you could tell no one wanted to be working there.

Not only did we leave 4 other groups left before we did. We waited 10 mins and only 1 person got through the line.

The servings have been atrocious here, the order is never right for pickup & the quality is subpar every single time.

They've officially lost my business.

A lot of importance to me these days is the quality of the food. And these guys do deliver. All restaurants are having staffing issues, so if I'm inconvenienced by something not finished being prepared, I'm not so critical. I'd rather have it done right then to see it thrown together without regard their standards and my health. Many restaurants are going up on their prices and the portions that you've been used to are now smaller. I never leave Chipotle hungry.

Picked up dinner here today. Service was good but the under-cooked rice wasn’t. Please let your cooks taste test your rice before placing it on the assembly line. Nothing worse than chomping into hard rice!

But this store manager needs to address the fact that they hardly have any entree and topping selections available. The store is a mess and hardly nothing out readily available to the customer. The employees work hard, but struggle to keep customer with the insufficiency of items.

First off, I contacted the Health Department after walking in that nasty place, so be expecting a visit. I have never seen a more poorly run store. I feel bad for the employees because for it to be such a fiasco and the store manager and OWNER are not there to help is next to criminal in my mind. Chipotle is my favorite restaurant, so I visit a lot of them, and none of them have the problems yours does. Corporate needs to fire the store manager and get a better crew. It's not hard to find employees if you create an environment they don't mind working in. There is no saving that restaurant until management is changed. What a joke of a store. I would end up in a physical altercation if my store manager was as terrible as this one on my way out to a better job. How the rest of the employees havent walked out is beyond my comprehension. It's been over a year and they still haven't gotten it together? Sounds like management to me. Let see the generic message I get since they respond to everyone the same way instead of taking that time to fix problems.

Probably the last time I will eat at this location. It’s always dirty food is always slung all over the floor behind the counter, napkins and trash all over by the soda machines no forks, no napkins. The guy working behind the counter. Looks like he’s high. Obviously not well managed.
