Chipotle Mexican Grill, Gainesville FL

I had the vegetarian burrito bowl. Everything was fresh and tasted good. I also had their chips, which were hot and crispy. The queso, was a little grainy. I gave the service 4 stars because the order was correct and ready on time. However, my previous two orders were incorrect and I did not receive items I paid for. So make sure you check your bag if you use the on-line app for take out!

Had a huge cater of 25 items (with extra items being included) for a business gathering- beyond the food being fantastic, the staff went above and beyond.there was complications with the order that required calling upper management, the issue was resolved and i was kept informed with 15min.huge thanks to the staff on that shift- it was a huge success.

It was a wait, yet it was worth the wait. It is great to be served by people with a smile.

Standard chipotle food but I can't understand how they can mix up orders which reach them through their app. At the end of the day it's a mixed bowl so I guess doesn't make much of a difference. Overall: just okay

The Restaurant was very clean, the staff was very polite and service was great along with the food. I enjoyed the variety of different choices of meats and vegetables.

Ordered takeout, got there within 20 minutes, food was cold and there were literally just a few beans on our vegetarian burritos.

This review is specifically directed to just one employee at this establishment. Me and my boyfriend come here all the time and on a Tuesday night while we were waiting in line, this guy working in the back is scowling at us. We are pretty shocked and just try to ignore him and go about ordering our food but the guy is still taunting us and scowling at us for no reason. Eventually he stomps off to the bathroom, we almost thought he was going to try to attack us. The other employees explained to us that they all were having problems with this specific employee. I asked what his name was and they told me it was DYLAN. He was a tall white man with longish hair and tattoos. I’m upset that these employees have been having to put up with this guy creating a hostile work environment. This chipotle is always so busy and the employees work so hard, there’s no reason why Dylan should still be employed there while threatening customers and other employees.

The 1st person you meet, should be a positive experience. The one the other day, had NO personality.

Classic chipotle, really good and really fast. Only reason for 4 stars is that the last time we went their system for mobile orders was down and in the time we waited at the restaurant for our order we could have been through the actual line. I'm sure this has already been fixed, but still wanted to note the inconvenience.

This place get things wrong from time to time. The first time I visited, the pinto beans were too salty. The second time, the hot sauce was a bit acidic.
The food is still decent as a whole. It still tasted like chipotle.

Online order: they always mess up my online orders. It's frustrating to get home take a bite of your burrito and realize that they got the whole thing wrong. This happened many times.

Don’t EVER order online from here for pickup. They will get it almost completely wrong every single time guaranteed.
On top of that, when you go inside to order they have the worst customer service of any chipotle I’ve ever been to. Everyone there has an attitude problem.

This one girl got my mobile order wrong and I came back 5 min later to get a new burrito. She gave me so much attitude for absolutely no reason when she is the one to make my order incorrectly.
I proceeded to wait for the manager Isaiah, as the girl proceeded to take orders ahead of me. As soon as the manger approved of the new burrito for me which took 5 seconds because I had a receipt, she clocked out and did not take my order. Pretty pathetic of her. I thought you were 29 years old. Act your age

They’re always out of their peppers and unions (which is why a lot of ppl go here) and their balsamic sauce, barely have good customer service-no one ever smiles.

This place blows, customer service is terrible everyone in there is extremely rude and mean to you for no reason

Used to like this place, but tonight was terrible. So I went up to the counter to be served and there was a girl who was wiping the counters as other employees were serving. I didn't think nothing of it, so I waited until the other employee serve me protein. As she was finishing up, she passed the bowl to the other employee the one who was wiping the counters. I asked her could she give me some salsa, she looked at me and continue to wipe the counters. I was baffled, so I waited to be served then someone finally got someone else to serve me. As that person was serving me the employee wiping the counters washed her hands and helped another employee with orders. I was very confused and annoyed at the same time, how come she spent all that time wiping counters knowing there's a line behind me and not stop to take customer order? SMH! Anyway, after tonight won't be coming back to this location.

Waited more than 25 minutes in line. They give first priority to online orders as they make more money. When I went up to counter, fajitas were out as I am a vegetarian. Sucks this place. Guys, choose something else.

This chipotle almost never has fajita veggies. Have never had this issue anywhere else. If you’re a vegetarian or a fajita veggie fanatic like us, save your money

Excellent, fast, and friendly service. Food and staff are wonderful. There management and staff are always willing to go the extra mile for the customer to make sure that they are comfortable and have a great experience!

After waiting in a 20 minute line I found out there were no fajita vegetables and they were not going to be able to make more. Being I only get beans, rice, salsa, and veggies I had to find someplace else to eat.
