17The food isn’t always the freshest, the portions are small for what you pay even paying for double meat. Is usually a miss with them so i just stopped eating here all together. Wouldn’t recommend.
Went there yesterday, mind you not my first time. For the first time the service was horrible. The young lady preparing the food was just throwing it together in the bowls. You can tell she was fraustrated and beyond pisstivity. One customer ordered online and they apparently forgot to get it ready. The lady waited 20 min just for them to tell her what she ordered online 30min ago was no longer available. There was a sign posted saying they had no white rice, while they were preparing online orders with white rice. SMH. We were next in the line and waited for 10 minutes while she prepared like 4 online orders. Mean while 2 people were on register when they clearly needed more help preparing food. We ordered 4 salads to go because they clearly had nothing else, to get to the register to tell us they don't have dressing like WHAT. They were not short Staff, but short of food. Even if you are not cooking selling only what's left there is still a way to provide best customer service, yesterday was far from that.
We just tried the Chipotle at Pembroke Pines which is close to our neighborhood. Both of the servers were difficult to communicate with- hard to understand and weren’t able to answer our questions about what the sauces had in them. After serving the person in front of us, they disappeared so we had to wait with no explanation. If we hadn’t been to Moe’s we wouldn’t have had any idea how the menu worked. We were going to dine in but changed our mind after being served. Same prices as Moe’s, no sauces given and no chips- have to pay extra for them. We’ll be going back to Moe’s in the future where the staff is friendly, and sauces and chips are included in the price!
Review is asking me for what dishes I recommend and giving a list- menu didn’t list any of these dishes- just bowl, burrito, salad in one column, protein in another, etc.
Chipotles, in general, are really declining for years now. Like most, this one’s dirty, long lines, slow service, didn’t have chicken, tables were dirty, no napkins & more.
I go here often and every other day it’s something either no ingredients or just the staff! I just left here 20 min ago and apparently it’s an issue to ask an employee to change her gloves after she just used a dirty rag to wipe down the counter full of falling food, claiming it was just water and I need to chill. That is absolutely disgusting threw the bowl away waste of my money!
It's incredible that they provide such poor service, I've been to thousands of Chipotle's and the attention has never been as bad as this place, I swear to God that I've given this place several opportunities because it's the closest thing to my place of residence.work, but unfortunately they still do not provide good customer service. I went to pick up my online order and the brunette cashier (who is almost always there) left me waiting for around 20 minutes to deliver my order, standing, tired, at my lunch and incidentally ignoring me ALL THE TIME, this woman He did the same with absolutely all the Doordash servers, what an absolute shame and disrespect to all of us who were there. I definitely won't be back!
Super bad customer service. Those who serve do so as if they had to. Besides at that time we hardly found a clean table. In short, I do not recommend the experience at this specific Chipotle store at all.
I had ordered food for pick up through their mobile app, when i had arrived to receive the order, one bowl of three meals were missing, i had to return to the cashier and bring this problem to their attention.when the bowl was supposed to be made i had to wait at least 10 minutes for the INCOMPETENT staff to complete all the other mobile orders before fixing my order.when i had arrived home it came to my attention that one of the order were incorrect. THE STAFF COULD NOT HAVE WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE.if i wanted to have service and my order messed up as it was, i would have gone to mcdonalds for ice cream.
Very bad attention from all employees. The cashiers are super rude, they never have chips for face-to-face sales, they say only for the app and they have a full tray in the back. Very bad experience. It is the worst chipotle in the area.
First of all please clean the floors! Next please hire people that are pleasant, I wonder if your staff realizes that we the customers make them have a pay check! Should have zero star for service. Worst of all chipotle will not do anything. Do not waste your time at Chipotle by Hiatus and pines Blvd. I haven’t even started with the food scrapping the rice oldest rice out of the container, must be crazy!
I frequent this location and
recently disappointed by how the serving portion keep decreasing. My children love Chipotle and I purchase the kids meal often. Today, my adult bowl consist of a protein portion for a child. When I requested more, the woman (presumably the supervisor) told me I'd have to pay for a double. Listen, we visit other locations near by where protein portion sizes remain reasonable.at this point, I have no time to argue, I'll take my business elsewhere.
Took one bite out of the guacamole and almost died… No way they were okay putting it out like that. It was so SALTY. They didn’t do a taste test…?
GO ONLY IF YOU CAN STAND IN Q FOR AN HOUR. WORST PLACE. Chipotle should take this place down. NOT GOING BACK.
Questions for the STORE: I was at the store on June 4 @5: 25PM with order number 384. There was along line as usual so I did not check my receipt at the store, but once i got home I notice that I was charge for a drink that I did not order or got ($ 2.90). Anyway I can get that money back? It is not about the money but the principal. Please respond and let me know your thoughts. Andy
0 Stars. Most of the times they don't have chicken, corn, sour cream or avocado. Please close it and stop wasting people's time.
Horrible service, Adrian had over charged me for sides and I have never been charged for sides.
In May 2023 they still suck and don’t have the items to prepare the dishes as you pay for them, also, the employees are disrespectful. This is my last time coming to Chipotle.

As September 5th i was very surprised about the order, cleanliness and everything as it was in the past, also i noticed not many people in the restaurant, maybe for the Guacamole Outage, but I’m happy to see improvements, so i’ll raise my review from 1 to 4 stars, i’ll come often as before too. as august 13, same thing, no veggies, no steak, lack of many ingredients, i’m just tired of this place.
I’m just tired of seeing how this Chipotle’s store has came downhill in 2019, i come here since 2015 every week, and have spoken to the managers about the mess you can find all the time on The tables and trash cans, soda flavors or tea missing, lack of proteins on the line, sometimes is chicken sometimes is carnitas sometimes fajitas and they’re not properly informed about their own brand promotions (as the keto or paleo bowl), i feel sad about how bad management can destroy a great place, lots of angry customers everytime i come. Guys please, bring back our good o’l Pembroke Pines Chipotle.
